You guys are bogus for adding a tip on to my receipt when I left a tip in cash. You made me overdraft my account. Super bogus. I suggest an owner gets ahold of me as soon as possible before it becomes a bigger issue. For skimming money off the top you guys should be able to pay your phone bill but when I call it's disconnected.

I have been to this bar two times. the first time was great! friendly staff, great service, all around a fun time. This past weekend we were there on Saturday night. 11/13/21. worst customer service ever. I have been a bartender for 5 years. The girl that was working was so rude. we asked her to stop closing our card out. she did not. she got really loud with customers and said she just cant wait to be done. she was swearing saying how the owner doesn't care how she talks to customers and would back her on how she was treating customers. at one point of the evening I looked at the couple next to my friends and I and I asked what happened because the bartender was going crazy. I understand people have bad days, however it was a Saturday night and was not busy at all. I wouldn't want someone like that representing my business.
