When this one opened, they were excellent, but the food quality keeps slipping every year. The waffle fries were mostly little scrappy pieces, and the chicken strips were grissley and obviously old. I think tonight was probably our last visit.

This is a restaurants that are full of controversy, however the food is not one of those issues. The quality of the food is very good. Hot, fresh and fast.
Second is the staff, it's nice to see real people at the drive through rather than scream at a box. They were helpful, kind and accurate.
Over all it was a good first experience for me.

They shorted my order so that my family didn’t have anything to eat. I tried calling to report it and their customer service put me on hold and never picked up for 20 minutes. Really awful service.

I ordered a large soda and I asked for no ice. I wanted to actually drink some soda. I didn't want to just order a cup of ice with a little bit of soda in it so that's why I clicked on the no ice thing on their website. But I get back home and I realize that my soda is not soda it is 90% ice and a little bit of soda. I paid extra for the larger size because I was thirsty and I wanted to drink some soda. I guess this is maybe the way this location saves money by filling up the cup with a bunch of ice even when the customer asks for no ice. In exchange for them giving me a whole bunch of ice I am giving them a one-star review.

Very plesent experience At the risk of sounding like we’ve been living under a rock, this was our first time at Chick-fil-A 😅 and it was a great experience. Eric took our order and was incredibly patient, answered our questions, and gave quick, helpful suggestions without making us feel rushed or clueless.
The restaurant was very clean, the staff all seemed genuinely friendly and on top of things, and the food was really good. Even the parking lot deserves a shout-out...well designed and easy to navigate, which is honestly rare.
Overall, a really positive first visit. We’ll definitely be back!

The food is always good & the staff is always so friendly. Went through drive thru today as we were headed home to Wisconsin Rapids & as I was about to get on the highway, we noticed they messed up our order (gave us regular chicken nuggets instead of the grilled we ordered, as I have a gluten allergy) & went back right away to tell them. They all apologized & fixed the problem right away! Always worth the drive for their great food & excellent guest service!

First time ever eating at a Chick-fil-A. It was a great experience. Lots of hard working and friendly staff at this location. Food was delicious, service was great and the place was very clean. I wish we had one in our town. I will definitely be trying coming back.

Like most Americans from the southeast, I love this restaurant chain. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark on service.
The drive through window wasn’t very busy but it was being attended to very well, however I went inside as I prefer to go inside to order (not sure why). There was one person dining alone and I was the only other customer inside the restaurant.
I went to the counter and waited for approximately ten minutes before some acknowledged me and asked me to wait as he was apparently taking a telephone order for catering (my best guess). I eventually placed my order via the app as I waited approximately five more minutes as several employees walked by me, said hello, and moved along as they clocked in to work. Eventually the manager on duty asked if I had been helped and I informed him that I ordered online.
I waited another ten minutes for my order to be given to me and left.
Not the best experience and I understand that everyone has good and bad days, but this was the most abysmal service I’ve ever received at a chic-fil-a.
That won’t change the fact that I’ll keep visiting this chain as it’s the only fast food that consistently does well overall when it comes to quality and service.
