Holy cow!!!! There was a dude at the window named Zander who absolutely made mine and my girlfriend’s night. We stopped in for a chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken nuggets she seems to like but what we walked away with was one of the funniest interactions I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant second to the time I was sitting at KFC when the cops came in and arrested the guy on the other side of the dining room lol. Disregard that last story. Zander deserves a raise or a management position. I would hire this guy for my business if he’d be open to it. Great work & hire more people like Zander. He’s what truly makes a place welcoming and special.

Went through drive through recently and the lady taking our order was plenty nice, but there was a heavier set woman with dirty/dark blonde hair just above shoulder length and glasses who could not have been more unprofessional. She was rude in correcting the main person handing us our drinks over a minor mistake and then asked her about something else while we were waiting for our food. It is beyond bad management to address an employee like that in general, much lessin front of guests. Complete lack of professionalism and kindness that Chik Fil A is supposed to be well known for. I recommend demoting her until she can learn how to build employees up rather than tear them down.

Driving through and placing order over $80 dollars but came out with no chick fil A sources… I end up throwing half of the food in trash.
Came through drive through today at 1 and the line was incredibly long it was PACKED with people and cars. But it didn’t take long for me to get my order in and get my food. The workers are always so nice here. The girl that took my order was super nice and definitely made me laugh. I had a conversation with the girl who gave me my order and she was super sweet and got my order pretty quickly after we talked. The food was slightly off chickens a little weird texture. But would definitely come back again after my experience still!
