I frequent this place a lot and the drive through is very hit or miss. The customer service seems to be way better on one side than the other and it doesn’t seem to matter who got there first. I had to repeat myself several times it seemed like they couldn’t hear me in the drive-through but they didn’t bother to say they couldn’t hear anything they just remain silent, so I finally drove off.

Service was very good by piperoni and Ethan. Food was very good. Didn't take long to get out food, only took around 5-10 minutes. One of the best fast food restaurants you could get in my opinion.

Love Chick-fil-A food. Seasonal mango passion tea is addicting. Their drive thru is extraordinarily optimized and should be the standard for all busy fast food chains. Do not fear a long line as they will get you through as freaky fast as a Jimmy John's delivery.Inside there is not enough seating for the number of customers coming through in busy times. Probably better in nice weather when outdoor seating is an option. Back room is a bit cramped and awkward when people are trying to get to tables or workers are delivering food. They have a play area for the littles and coloring supplies to keep them occupied.
15/10. Great food ever better service. The young lady at the register should be proud! I’ve never had such phenomenal customer service! Our food was ready before we turned around after paying. 20/10. Very very impressed.

Food was excellent! Gavin provided wonderful service in the dining room getting refills, cleaning, etc. it is shocking to see this at a fast food restaurant. Thank you!
1ST it was busy in the restaurant with no place for seating. So we went thru drive-thru. I felt very rushed as I was asked numerous times to pull ahead in tge drive-thru line. No time was given as I asked my wife her choice of drink, it was a very bad experience. Down south Chick-fil-a provides excellent customer service unlike my experience

Items missing from order despite double checking with the woman handing the bag over in the drive thru. Additionally, when calling about the mistake there is 1-2 week turn around to give “rewards” with no option for refund despite a mistake on their end.

I usually love this place; they are SO good at keeping the line moving through the drive though and are very organized. When it comes to the food it’s been more hit or miss lately with the quality. This was my breakfast sandwich this morning, disappointed:(
