We normally love Chili's, but today had the worst experience ever. Our server messed up my food, took it back but never out the reorder in. We had to find a manager to actually get my meal. And he messed up EVERY table in his section. The manager was very gracious, but should have dismissed said server and filled in herself vs. continued disastrous service. And the greasiest chips & salsa ever.
Food was great. Service was friendly but it felt like they were more concerned if people wanted desserts as opposed to if they wanted refills. Maybe management pressures them to upsell?
