Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered delivery and received three bowls, one of which was basically just guacamole and rice, one of which that had really bad, old, wilted lettuce, and one of which looked like it had been half eaten or at least half full (but had a canyon in the middle of the bowl). Food was also super cold despite being picked up and headed right here.

Today was my first time ever at a Chipotle and it will definitely be my last.. let's start with the fact that in my bowl everything was cold? The meat the rice everything.. also I told the guy making the bowl it was my first time and asked a few questions, he seemed annoyed and frustrated at me for taking to long. Then I get to the check out and two bowls is 33$? Are you kidding me.. let's just say the food was honestly nothing special and the service was honestly horrible.. I dont like leaving bad reviews but when your spending that much money at least make sure the food is warm?

Stuffed burrito with all your desired fixings for about $10. Always fresh and always delicious. Yeah I know I sound like a commercial but that's always my experience here!

Love the food, but the cold items (sour cream, guac, salsa, etc) are always SO cold it cools off the hot rice and meat. Atmosphere gets a ding because of the dance music is annoying and loud.

This place gave me food poisoning. Update: tried this place again after avoiding it for almost two years because I got sick. I ate there on 11/13/25 and I got sick once again with food poisoning/diarrhea. Food was cold upon order and portion sizes were very skimpy. I would not recommend this location. Food inspectors need to come out and check the food.

I had an awesome experience thanks to Sierra and Sienna! They put together two amazing burrito bowls and a perfectly made quesadilla, and everything was spot-on. The ingredients were fresh, portions were generous, and the bowls were built with real care.

Both Sierra and Sienna were friendly, upbeat, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. It’s always great when you can actually taste the effort and attention that goes into the food. Huge thanks to them for making the meal exceptional — they definitely deserve some recognition!

I’ll absolutely be back thanks to their great service and great food.

Don't waste your time trying to call this location. There is not an option to speak with a person at all. Had a small error on my online order I tried to call and adjust before they made it but it took 20 minutes to go through an ai that just repeated itself then the rep wasn't even from that location and said they dont except calls. Also just FYI the burrito is a waste of money you get half the food thats in a bowl but pay $4 more. Complete waste of time and money. Will not be back to this location.

Nothing was cooked. Everything was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. Three tacos and a burrito bowl. I'm talking about the meat was cold. The rice was cold. the beans were cold. The fajita vegetables were cold. Packaging on burrito bowl is smashed in not by the driver very clearly. Size of guacamole was ridiculous for the price.  Attempts to call the store directly only lead to a corporate number where they told me that they couldn't really do a thing because it was a DoorDash order. I will never eat here again.

I think $1.70 for 2 tablespoons of queso and $2.75 for about 1/2 cup of guacamole is a little ridiculous on a chicken bowl. Total came to $14.72 for just the bowl, less than 2 cups.

Been coming here for years, great every time. The app makes mobile ordering easy/fast (plus rewards).
Only complaint is that sometimes the people making the burritos don't evenly distribute the ingredients across the whole burrito; so as you're eating it, the 1st 1/2 of the burrito is basically only rice and the other 1/2 is basically only meat (instead of being evenly mixed). This has happened about 25% of the times I've ordered; hasn't happened in a long time recently though

I ordered pickup while in another state for a work trip. Someone came and grabbed my order (I spent 30 dollars) and the girl who was working told me they wouldn’t remake my food, because I could have had someone pick it up and then asked for it. I showed verification it was my order and I said what do you mean?? I spent thirty dollars I’m not leaving without my food. She slammed some things and stormed away and the staff threw my order together for me after I was adamant that I’m not gonna just spend thirty dollars and not eat.
