Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered from here 3 times in 3 years… 100% of the times they forgot my chips. You used to be able to talk to a human and get refunded, but now it’s just an ignorant AI bot who gives you a coupon that expires quickly. Coupon is useless since I’ll never order again. Chargeback incoming!

Food quality was average at best anyways. Taco Bell provides a higher quality meal lol

Left rice out of my burrito??? And didn’t give me the other part of my order. Gave me guacamole and no chips like what was the point of giving me the guacamole if I have nothing to eat it with.
Not great.

The food was cold. We did not receive double portion of meat. The meat was soggy, dripping wet, and pale as if it had been boiled. The queso blanco was thick and coagulated, completely gross and unusable. I want a refund please. I also tried calling the restaurant and couldn’t get through. The automated system insisted I make my complaint via text bot. It doesn’t let me place details or even give an option to request a refund. I will never eat here again, ever. This is terrible customer service! And this kind of disconnected service indicates bankruptcy and public perception issues. The system will not let me upload a photo either. You all have some serious issues.

Isaac Schilpp was working so hard and delivered fantastic service. He was smiley and responsive to all of our requests. I need Isaac in my kitchen and as the corner stone for future employees. He was so thoughtful and considerate in my chipotle endeavor this afternoon. I pray Isaac stays here for ever so he can always put a smile on my face when I come in.

They stopped carrying drink trays and one of the regulars came up with a great work around so I could carry out 4 drinks by myself!

The gal waiting on me seemed so alone, so busy and unable to be kind...I felt bad for her but in my own position, in spite of it all, kindness to each person matters. She's busy but some of us just lost Dad's and are grieving in our own way and need people to be good to customers.

Chipotle scrooged me on Christmas eve.

Only a few tiny pieces of chicken in my burrito today. Higher prices, less meat.

On my previous 2 visits, the burritos contained plenty chicken but the chicken was burnt and dry.

I went to this location one time and haven’t been back since. I distinctly remember ordering double chicken on a mobile order, which I didn’t get and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping me, or caring. I was really disappointed as the food was not great either
