My food was undercooked and cold. Also it's impossible to reach anyone that cares enough to even think of doing their jobs

The portions here are very skimpy, especially the meat part! I spend 20.00 for lunch for 1 person that bowl needs to be full. Food was good but portions are tiny. ☹️

Was excited to order a perfect all ingredients dinner bowl with the honey chicken. But when he came to the cheese bucket, it was empty, and he said as an excuse they had a fundraiser today ok and guacamole also empty so asked a couple times is there not more? Then comes the fraud. At check out, the cashier said it didn't work and asked me to do it again. I did and went to eat my dinner, then checked my credit card app, and sure enough, I was charged 2 times, but the 1st was for 25$ so I went to the counter and the person asked me to dispute it with the credit card company I disagreed and then comes the let down the people next to me paying for dinner have cheese and guacamole on their food, yes they replaced the empty ones I felt double ripped off can't recommend it

They told me that they were out of lettuce, but I saw them using lettuce for online orders... when I asked if they could grab some lettuce from the other station they refused, informing me that they had to prioritize the online customers.

It was just weird. Also the soda machine was out of most of the syrups and ice.

Maybe it was just a bad day 🤷‍♂️ just weird

I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with some added toppings and the young girl working was extremely rude to me and kept staring at my chin area. I felt highly uncomfortable along with two other employees in the back staring and giggling. After only 2 hours of eating it I involuntarily sharted in my car on my way to see my grand babies in two rivers. I then was extremely sweaty and began projectile vomiting shortly after. very displeased!!!!

I love chipotle but I feel also like the serving portions in the burrito have gone down. A little skimpy on rice and the person I had make my burrito didn't really mix or pile the stuff in so I ended up with chicken on one side and mild tomatoes on the other. It was still good but doesn't seem like it was last time I was there. The business is nice. Seems clean. Staff seemed friendly.

food was good but that was the most piddly pathetic small 1/3 filling scoop of rice i have ever been given at any restaurant. paid extra for steak but got the last theee pieces sitting in the container visited may 10th 6:50 pm. at least they’re adhering to chipotles corporate recommendations

I ate here on 3/29/2025. I was up all night so sick with food poisoning. Do not eat here. This has been a terrible night.

You say this is concerning, but the manager I called today did not care at all and had no sympathy. It has now been 48 hours since I ate at your restaurant. On Sunday night, I was in the ER. That’s a $500 co-pay. I was grateful for their help, but I sure wish I would never have come to your restaurant. While we were there, my wife and I witnessed one of your workers drop a container of salsa on the floor and pick it up and put it in a bag to go. We joked about that. I wish I would’ve taken that sign and thrown my food in the garbage immediately.

Looks like i got the end of the night, bottom of the bowl scrapings. Hacks. The type of food to really make me regret ordering it. But still being in the awkward position of feeling obligated to buy the bullshit that was just put into the bowl for me. Highly disappointing. I'll never return to this HACK branch again. I'm just pist, lol. $30 I'd have rather have spent at McDonald's.
