Bad customer service, would not recommend

Had a great time bringing the kids in for their first cold stone experience. Staff was friendly. They had a bit of a line but powered through it pretty quickly while also cranking out some online orders.

The ice cream was really good! I got a Berry Berry Berry Good and it was amazing! The person who helped me was really polite. I’ll definitely be back!

Watched worker at Calumet location eat the old sprinkles off the counter and then serve me a smoothie with it washing hands or using gloves. Absolutely horrendous! Never going back

They gave me 6 gummy bears… they were rude. Ice cream was good tho

It took 46 minutes for our online order to be ready. We finally said something and then they started making our order. We watched the employee drop one of our dishes on the floor after making it. She put a new top on and put the ice cream in our bag. She didn't apologize or make a new one for us. The staff was too busy joking, laughing, and snacking on toppings to care about the customers.

Terrible customer service. I ordered in the app. We showed up a few minutes early, but the order wasn't ready. It was over 25 minutes past the stated availability before we got our order.

I ordered two Love It-sized Signature Creations. The portions were very small, and one of the cups was only filled halfway. To make up for it, the employee added a plain scoop of ice cream—without any toppings—to fill the rest of the cup.

Normally I’m not one to complain but, made “fresh” very disappointed with my experience at the Cold Stone Creamery in Appleton, WI on Calumet around 8:15 PM 6/29/25 Walked in thinking I’d get fresh ice cream, when the container was out sitting on the counter. I stated that it was melting to an employee. Just was told to put back in freezer at home. But also stated I wanted to eat it when I got home and the whole point of going was to get it fresh to eat. I just got dirty looks instead. No I’m sorry etc. No efforts to get fresh ice cream. I have pictures for proof.

I ordered the peanut butter cup perfection and was given the entirely wrong dish. When I told the worker that it was wrong, she then told me I was incorrect even though the list of ingredients was on the wall showing what was supposed to be in it.

Horrible new owners 😕 it's a shame

$8 for one Like It ice cream? I guess I should have done my due diligence and asked what the price would be before I had them scoop. Not even a few months ago it was cheaper. I was told there are new owners and they upped it by at least a dollar each item.
I am a long time customer for over 10 years and I don't think I will be back. Culver's is like $4. Sucks because I've always liked Cold Stone but I'm not spending $8 on a small ice cream again.

I just door dashed and there was a hair in my ice cream.

I got to create a custom cake and it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Best Ice Cream Cake I have ever had. Thank you
