One of my favorite sandwich places ever. They have the best Mac n cheese, use good ingredients and I've never had a problem with the staff so I'm guessing it's a good place to work, they've always been nice folks.

Cousin subs is another local, great ‘sub stop’ in the Fox Valley area, amongst all the other competitors. I think they have a great sub, and what’s unique to Cousins, is they offer a variety of other sides besides chips, like cheese curds, shakes, fries, ect. They are somewhat pricier of the competition. Overall, this is another. The only downside to Cousins subs in Appleton, is that their two locations are kind of hidden in strip malls, which slightly hinders their visibility.

Great place. Employees are always in a good mood and happy. There's a variety of tables and booths. Although it can be crowded at times with standing room only. However, their bread is worth it. The garlic bread has an amazing robust garlic flavor. Definitely worth it.

After a Lawrence University baseball game was delayed for 2 hours, with 45 starving players and coaches, I called to see if they might be able to accommodate a large order with a very short turnaround. Boy, did they ever! In 30 minutes I had two huge bags of subs and the team loved them. It wasn't just the food, though. The three employees were pleasant, cheerful, and wished us good luck. (I have received attitude when ordering from other sub shops!) Many thanks!
