The employees seemed nice and the service was fast. The food however was kind of a waste. It tasted like they steamed frozen beef and threw onions and flavorless cheese sauce on a bun. The beef wasn't seared at all and they didn't season anything that I could taste. I would skip this and go to firehouse subs instead.

The last two times I went there they forgot my fries. First time they forgot three set of fries but they didnt charge me for the fries though it was on the receipt. The second time was today, I orderd fries and they charged me fries though I never got my fries. Otherwise food was good. We called and they gave us free fries when I went back. Overall sandwiches were good just make sure to always check to see if you got your fries if you ordered them.

I found a deal online but it was only through the app. I tried to download the app and after 5 minutes I gave up and ordered less food and payed more for it. I will delete the app and probs not come back. “Make it a meal” should be a discount and all deals should be available if I actually visit your place.

Worker seemed annoyed with me just by waking up to the counter. I made my order and then asked to change the bread right after paying. He sighed at me and rolled his eyes. Extremely disrespectful for no reason. Then he proceeded to not even put lettuce on my sandwich... i didn't realize till I got home and was generally just displeased with the way he handled and biult the sandwich. I'd recommend going to one of the other locations in the area. The staff are much more friendly and accommodating. Won't be giving this location my business.

First off, we can hear you talk, not deaf Employee complained about driver being 5min before pickup time foe delivery. Obviously does not understand how doordash works so let me explain. We get sent a pickup & are required to head there immediately. We do not know pickup time until we arrive.
Don't complain about us doing our job and just do yours. Now the order is delayed because he thought it was for later. Read better
