I called because my door dasher was taking forever and I wanted to make sure my food was warm, the manager assured me it would be and it came warm! I was definitely very happy.

This is the fourth time this month that I had to leave without eating becuaee they dont have what I wanted... Why advertise certain bread and sandwich choices if you dont have them available. It is 1pm on a Monday and they dont have pretzel bread today beciase they dont have any made. If you cant manage having all of your bread choices available, maybe you shouldn't be a Sub Shop manager

I orderd food, and the employee accidently gave me green peppers when i did not want them. They quickly remade my order letting me keep my fries from thr previous one and giving me free fresh ones as an apology even though i was apologizing for being such a hassle. Amazing service and amazing

About 3 weeks ago, at Cousins Subs in the Northland Mall, I picked up four subs to take home to my family for dinner. It was the first time I had ever gotten food from them, and unfortunately, it will be the last time. My reason for being unwilling to ever go back there is that they choose to intentionally put their customers in an awkward and uncomfortable situation by guilting us into feeling almost obligated to leave a gratuity. It's not customary to tip at a fast food restaurant, *especially* when you're not even dining in! It's sooooo uncomfortable to have to stand face to face with the cashier as you swipe your debit or credit card and then immediately get prompted to select an amount to tip. If I remember correctly, there was a "Custom" tip button and three other buttons with different tip amounts to choose from...and none of them were zero! It was sooooo uncomfortable to be standing there trying to figure out why it appears I am forced to leave a tip, and I certainly didn't feel comfortable asking the cashier how to leave no tip! The cashier was looking at me, and there were people standing behind me in line, too. All I wanted to do was just disappear due to the awkwardness that I was made to feel. I was just about to select the lowest tip amount on the screen just to get this situation over with, but I decided to first push the "Custom" button. Thankfully, that was the correct option to push, and I was then able to input a $0 tip. This whole ordeal caused me to wonder how many customers reluctantly ended up leaving a tip solely because there is no option to not leave a tip on the first screen that pops up after a debit or credit card gets swiped!? After what I experienced at this Cousins Subs location, it's impossible for me to see this as anything other than a sneaky, underhanded ploy to increase the wages of their employees without the company having to pay for it..Should customers be made to feel bad when they don't agree with tipping cashiers? It's such an uncomfortable feeling that the cashier who's looking at you while you are paying is going to be immediately aware that you chose to give them a $0 tip. This slimy situation that Cousins Subs forced me into made me feel as if I was silently telling the cashier that they were not good enough for a tip, when in reality, not tipping her was solely due to other reasons: this is a fast-food restaurant, I was getting a to-go order (so I was not even dining in), and I know these cashiers do not make only $2.13 per hour, like the waiters and waitresses do who rely on tips to earn a living. There would be nothing wrong with having a tip jar for any customers who do want to leave a tip, but this nonsense of putting the customer in what can be a highly-uncomfortable situation is not right! If you want your employees to earn more money, then YOU pay them more, Cousins Subs!!!

$14 for a sub with A SINGLE slice of turkey and one tomato? This is basically a lettuce sandwich. What a rip off! Never again.

Even though I ordered super early on their website before they opened, the lady working still managed to have my sandwich done very fast. I will definitely be back

Food is way to expensive for the quality. I sent my Philly back because it did not taste right. Chicken also is supposed to be white. My chicken and bun was black from whatever was grilled before my food. Bun was completely soaked with grease within 2 minutes after ordering. Not edible.

I'm a little peaked. My partner went her today to pick up lunch for us. They were totally out of steak, the shake machine was broken, and then they gave him the wrong order and i had to send it back. It was a club for Nicole....none of us are named Nicole. This is the first time i ordered from here in 20yrs and just might be the last.

I've been coming here for years and was good now it's not worth the money anymore. Last week My bread was hard as a brick after I requested softer bread, barely any mayo and oil hard dry sub. I tried it again Today April 10th No mayo No oil and drowned in oregano the sub is nasty. Food was great when Kim Owned it. You can tell the Employees don't care because you'll get opposite of what you ordered. Cousin subs was #1 Sub place for me not anymore

Typically this location is great. Went in today and received old cold fries that were already made. I’ve never received fries from them before that were just sitting under the heat lamp, they were always made to order. When asked I was told they were just cooked, tasted like cardboard. Sub had 4 slices of ham on it. Definitely not worth the money and will not be returning.

I just want to give a big shout out to the three young gentlemen that were working today, March 18th 2023 at about 2:30 p.m. not only did they encounter a very rude and spiteful customer but the young man held his composure and kindly respectfully answered this woman as she was nothing but rude and obnoxious to him. So with that said, good job boys.
