I ordered from this location as a gift for a co-worker to thank them for their hard work on a major project. Since there was no option to include a gift note during checkout, I called the store and politely asked if they could simply write one sentence on the box to provide some context. Unfortunately, I was told they weren’t allowed to include any note at all — not even something handwritten on receipt paper with the sticker. I understand policies exist, but it was really disappointing that such a small, thoughtful gesture couldn’t be accommodated. It would’ve gone a long way in making the gift more meaningful.
