We ordered cookies 48 hours in advance so we could try the carrot cake cookie. When we went to pick up the box of cookies they had 9/12 cookies and asked if it looked good. When we said no, we had ordered carrot cake cookies as well the response we got was “as you can see we are out of them”. There was no offer to take off money for the 3 cookies, no offer to provide different cookies.

So professional and wonderful flavor variety. ? it changes weekly so there's always something new and they present the cookies to you to make sure they are to standard! So amazing!
