Really great fast food. May seem a little pricey but really as good as restaurant, maybe better. The food is fresh and freshly made. You can taste the freshness. Im sure ingredients must be high quality. People really seem to enjoy working there. Overall, a great casual food experience.

My wife and I stopped for dinner and we had a very bad experience with the food we received. The French fries were soggy, the cheese curds were very dry and both seemed like they sat for a very long time. This was at 6:00pm which was prime dinner time. The burger was dry and didn’t seem to have any flavor. We were very disappointed with our dinner and expect much better. This was not the first time this happened at this location on Edgewood Drive. Typically other Culver’s locations are very good. When you spend $30, you certainly expect better. We are disappointed and need to let you know this should not happen multiple times. Maybe $30 doesn’t seem like much, but when you work hard for everything you make this is not a location we will be visiting again.

Went here for dinner on a road trip, we were all tired, we sat down after ordering, and got our food in like 2 minutes, and this was some of the best culver's I've ever had. Food was hot, fries were salty, custard was amazing. Employees were very polite and looked like they were actually happy to be working there. Luke, our cashier, was really nice and lowkey awesome as hell

I was in Culver's restaurant over on Westhill in Appleton WI. We ordered Cement Mixers. They were terrible. Instead of being thick the mixer was more like a loose shake. We took them back to show the clerk. She has a not so professional attitude and the new cement mixers were just a bad as the first order . Not going back there anymore. Thank you

need you aware. have always had good food at a fair price but the last two times there the chicken tenders which are always the best were not. breading was very thick, chicken grizxly within the breading. overall poor quality. not at all what i had come yo expect. at this point not sure if a supplier has changed, a recipe changed to deal with price concern, but after this experience i will not be ordering chicken tenders for swhile when we are there. all things change unfortunately not always for the better.

Slow. Curbside has no point. Because what if a bus of 41 people shows up? U drive away because u waited twenty minutes and have to go back to work. They charge u anyways. No refund unless u call. What a dirty company.
Ordered online for curbside pick up but I had to cancel it. I called and they told me they can’t give me a refund but they will give me a coupon for the amount I purchase but I never received it that coupon they mention

Some of the best fast food that I’ve had in a longggg time. I got the butter burger with Chili Cheese Fries and it was a winner.
If you have not tried Culver’s Chili Cheese fries then I recommend that you do. It’s worth it.
