The guy with the glasses in the drive through was very rude. it made my ice cream experience very unsatisfactory. :(
Can you please update your app and the Orange Julius app to not disclose your location for an Orange Julius carrier? So I ordered a slushy and it’s literally 50% water 50% ice. So disappointing
If you’re looking for a side of attitude with your ice cream, this is the place. I asked for a sundae with brownie bites (which they literally have in the building), and the manager — crabby guy in charge — refused. His reasoning? “Those are only for Blizzards.” Give me a break. It’s not like I asked him to churn butter out back or invent a new flavor, just toss the brownies in a cup. Instead, he acted like I was requesting state secrets. Newsflash: Culver’s will do it without the drama, without the eye rolls, and without making me feel like I ruined someone’s day by daring to want… ice cream with brownies. I’ll take my sweet tooth and my business elsewhere.
I've gone through the drive thru twice over the past year and each time ordered a Heath Blizzard. I thought the first time was a fluke but no, it happened the second time too. There must be a shortage of Heath bars because I struggled both times to find any Heath candy in the blizzard. I'm not looking for the whole candy bar but I shouldn't have to search to find any. Very disappointed and will NOT be going back to this location.
The best
Very Dairy Queenie!
Locally owned Dairy Queen with great staff. When we need a Dairy Queen cake this is the location to order from! The cake decorator adds a unique flare to the cakes and makes it personal.
Friendly staff, good food
Went in with my girlfriend earlier and this girl kindly gave me extra ice cream but when we got home we realized my girlfriend's oreo blizzard had strawberry ice cream mixed in.
We stopped there on March 20th for the free Ice Cream Cones. It was National Ice Cream Day! We walked in and was Greeted by Very Happy Faces and Warm Smiles. They are always Nice there. We walked out with Vanilla Ice Cream Cones and Smiles on our faces.... Thank you Dairy Queen on Richmond St. In Appleton, Wisconsin

10/10 to the cake designer!
Got ice cream tonight after a really long day and opened the bag to this. I had ordered a mini and a small. If it had been both minis in the normal cups not hidden I wouldn't be upset. It just feels very dishonest that it was put into a small cup and hidden. I understand if it was an honest mistake but that feels hard to belive because when I opened it right away you could tell. I normally have a good experience today just wasent good.
Absolutely awesome! I asked for a Godzilla cake with red writing and they pumped this out. Our 7 year old was jacked up. The little details like buildings, flames, accents made it special. Thank you!
I just went in to get a cake, a small banana shake and a banana split. A very tall gentleman with glasses helped me, such a sweetheart and so nice. He suggested a medium shake instead of a small because it was happy hour and we talked about how cool my cake looked, it was decorated like a pizza. I was having a bad day and he made it better, I would definitely go back because of him.
Great place for an occasional treat.
