Very cool place and menu! Absolutely loved the toppings, however, the ice cream was horribly freezer burnt. It tasted horrendous, was full of crystals, and I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. It wasn’t cheap either ☹️

If you want ice cream that tastes like it had been melted and refrozen over and over again go ahead and try it out but I rest assure you you’re not going to be happy even though the service was good the ice cream was horrible

My waffle cone was stale, and the ice cream was freezer burnt. Definitely have some cool items on the menu but need to make sure the product is fresh. If product was fresh this would have been rated a 5/5.

I got popping boba with mango smoothie and it’s really good, the mango flavor isn’t fake and is really yummy. My mom got a strawberries and cream sundae, hers is also really good but mines better 😊. Also, great service and also explained what the flavors were for us

First time stopping in and we will be back! Husband had the iced caramel frapp and I had the strawberry milkshake. Delicious! Made from Kemps ice cream. Exceptional service overall.

This place was amazing! Lots of amazing different flavors. The ladies behind the counter were nice and friendly! We were in Appleton for a weekend. We would totally stop there again when in the area.
The fruit they have is served frozen on their Sundae’s. The fruit is not defrosted at all. Have ordered a slice of cake in the past also and it was frozen solid.
