Have nothing but happy experiences at this bar. All of the bartenders are kind, hardworking people. It’s a fun vibe here, I like going to watch Bucks games, or the kooky movies they have on. Smoking patio available for people to vape or smoke out on. Also the pinball machine is fun and the popcorn is tasty. My favorite bar!

This is the perfect bar. Ben, the owner, and the staff works tirelessly to make this place welcoming for all. The bartenders are kind, efficient, talented and generous in drink making. You won’t find a better place to start or end your night out. Great outdoor patio area. Get yourself some popcorn and play some darts. VAST spirits selection! You wanna try some Malort? You got it It’s warm and has that welcoming towny feel, but there’s an alternative feel and the crowd is just right. This place attracts the best kind of patrons and it’s the place I recommend first for the perfect Appleton bar.

The new bouncer was extremely rude which was very disappointing as I am a loyal customer. I hope they can turn their staffing around as the vibe is usually quite satisfactory :)

If you used to skateboard and like delicious popcorn chances are you'll like Jekylls. Also great music when the bartender with the neat hat is working.

If I could give it no stars for service I would!! My sisters, my husband, brother in law and cousin walked in looking for a chill place. Thought we had found it, but barely 5 minutes in the bartender comes over to round us up like cattle, waving his finger in the air saying “I need everybody’s ID’s!” In a demanding tone. I did get his name, unfortunately! He was wearing a black hat and all black sport coat, slacks and button up shirt. Along with a black mask. I told him he could have asked nicely, because understandably he needed to check identification. We do not care if you’re just doing your job. We get that, we aren’t ignorant! After he proceeded to round us up like cattle, he turns to my cousin and again in a demanding tone tells him no caping in here! Again, these are rules of the establishment and we respect that. However, respect goes both ways and he was disrespectful to us from get go. Mind you, my cousin is an army man, as well as my brother in law , so none of this was okay. As they are respectful men. Another thing to mention is this was very first time ever attending this establishment. So, I wrote this review in hopes to warn people of the type of service you might encounter. I said I would write a review and here it is!

Haven't been here since I lived in the Fox Valley years ago, but it's still not lost its charm. Thought-provoking conversation, pinball, skee-ball, and nice people with pretty open attitudes can be found here as a lovely addition to the spirits they serve. I hope to return sooner next time.
