Every worker here sounds miserable every time we come. Please check in on them or pay them more. It’s a bummer getting food when someone hates where they work. I’ve worked food service so I get it but they really aren’t trying at all, they all sound burnt out.

I’m a frequent Dunkin customer and the College Ave location consistently has the worst customer service. Every time I come here, I get attitude — at the drive-thru and at the counter.
Today I ordered a large blueberry refresher with lemonade. They handed me the wrong drink, rolled their eyes when I politely corrected it, and told me to pull ahead without an apology. The staff openly ignored each other while remaking it, and the entire interaction was rude and unprofessional.
This isn’t a one-off. On a previous visit, I ordered a drink they didn’t have and the employee snapped, “We clearly don’t have that. It’s not on the menu.” When I took a moment to choose something else, she said, “Are you going to hurry up and order?”
For comparison, the Calumet location is fantastic — friendly, fast, and professional. So I know the issue here is not Dunkin as a whole, it’s this location.
Management needs to address customer service and training immediately. Until then, I’ll be going to Calumet instead.

I had placed an order on DoorDash for munchkins and then called the store for specific munchkins, when I got my order they had given me everything but what I asked for and were so incredibly rude and seemed to find it funny.
Absolutely love this Dunkin’! Their vanilla latte is always perfectly balanced — smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. The espresso tastes fresh every time. And the donuts are soft, fluffy, and super fresh — the Boston Kreme and glazed ones are my favorite! The staff is always friendly and fast, even during the morning rush. Highly recommend this location! ☕🍩💕

4 employees, every last one glared at me, and it took them 5 minutes to actually acknowledge me. Terrible service. You don't ignore people actually in your store, in favor of the drive through. You have drive through and counter positions for a reason. It's not even busy. Pretty unacceptable. Particularly for a new location. One of them finally acknowledged me, said it'd be ready in a few mins. The order was supposed to already be ready. It took 10 mins past the pick up time for the order. It was a box of donuts that we're already made they just weren't packed up .. I was being ignored that whole time in favor of the drive through. Of which there was 1 car when I walked in. So they started taking new drive through orders instead of readying mine which was paid for already. Seriously??? People need to be written up here. I'll take my business back over to Kwik trip or Starbucks if that's how you're going to treat people. Smdh unacceptable.

Place a mobile order. Waited in line for 10 minutes. Only for one car to move forward ended ended up having to leave without my coffee and donuts. I can’t cancel through the mobile app and their chat support isn’t available on top of that I was late for work. Awful I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a Dunkin.
