Two times in a row this locations drive thru (Appleton,calumet st) serviced us the wrong order!! Their excuse was “We’re training “ 1st time the hot chocolate cup said orig hot chocolate/chai, it was a chai latte, we didn’t return to correct the order. 2nd time the hot chocolate cup said orig hot chocolate and was filled with black coffee. We went back this time and to get the order replaced the servers couldn’t have cared less! Very sad! Moving all our purchases to somewhere else.

They asked if I wanted bacon on my avocado toast and I did not receive the bacon. I paid extra for bacon and didn't get it. I tried to call and it wouldn't work.
