With only one person ahead of me in drive thru, there should be no reason to wait almost 20 minutes at 5:30 am. Several cars behind me were driving away. After finally reaching the ordering box the lady says "please wait a moment". Morning staff should be a little friendlier, as the lady clearly did not want to be there. After waiting an additional 10 more minutes..i had to leave as i would have been late for work. Excited to finally get one on this side of town but guess ill have to return to starbucks.

I honestly wasn’t going to leave a review about this as I never really had issues previously with dunkin or their online services however the past hand full of times i’ve ordered online the website has let me place the order (they will tell you online when things are sold out which is nice) and every time i’ve come in to pick up my order they’ve either not had half of it in store despite saying they did online, or didn’t have it ready on time despite me waiting before going to go pick it up and despite waiting in store for over 5 minutes, mind you I was the only person inside at the time and there weren’t many cars in the drive through lane; employees were just too busy talking and looking at me as if I were a baboon in the coffee shop. I roped it up to be a fluke at first but the more this happens the more I realize they just don’t value their online services as well as their in person services which is extremely disappointing considering I always opt to order online in time crunches and this completely invalidates that fact. If I order online I expect you to have in store what you say you have on your website and I expect my order to be ready by the time you tell me it’ll be ready.

Absolutely love stopping here every morning for my morning cup of coffee! During the weekdays my order is always correct and delicious and the staff is amazing! I’ve stopped going on the weekends because my order is never made correct! Today I placed my normal order and was given something completely different, when I handed it back stating they must have given me the wrong cup they then handed me a new one which was still not anywhere close to what I ordered.

Consistently gets orders wrong. I order from this location constantly and it feels like about half the time there's something wrong with the food I get.
Usually its something "small" like putting double creamer into the drink instead of adding the espresso shot. Today it was a missing sausage on a sausage/egg/cheese sandwich. Come on.
I ordered a wrap three Sundays in a row in October, with specific cheese. Each time it came with the wrong cheese. Three weeks in a row, the wrong food.
Mistakes happen and if it was once in awhile that would be one thing. But consistent errors on simple orders is not great. Something needs to be changed at this location.

service was amazing. The coffee was delicious and the workers were very positive and polite. I did order a blueberry muffin with my coffee and at first it was delicious until i got towards the middle of the muffin and realized it was still doughy and raw batter in the middle.

I went to get a cuppa coffee and donuts and sit for a bit. The temperature was at 64°. I asked her if they're gonna keep the temperature that cold. She said yes because if it wasn't at 64°, the donuts would melt. Crazy. obviously didn't stay.
