Food is amazing. The owner is super nice and will answer any questions you have. We all had different dishes and each dish was amazing in its own way.

Delightful and delicious.....and you MUST have a coffee and baklava to make it complete 🄰

Differently worth trying. The food was great and the owner was very friendly. It was my first time trying that kind of food so he gave me a lot of samples before I purchased anything.

I love this place!! The food was amazing! I got 2 falafel sandwich with hummus and baba baba ghanoush and my partner got goulash and Turkish coffee. We both loved our food! Also the person behind the register was very sweet and lovely! He was happy to talk to us and answer any questions we had. He broke down what we didn’t understand and was glad to help us understand what each ingredient was. I will definitely be coming back to try other dishes!

I was in search of a quick bite after some shopping and make an effort to support local/independent establishments. Egyptian Delights popped up as a ā€œrestaurant near meā€ so I decided to give it a try and was so glad I did!

The inside is unassuming with the owner greeting you as you walk in. I explained to him that I saw some menu items they had online and things I’ve had in the past. He was more than willing to suggest items I haven’t tried along with explanations of what they exactly were. I opted for his suggestion of the gollash, a phyllo dough filled with minced meat, cheese and Middle Eastern spices. It was BEYOND DELICIOUS. Super flavorful yet not over-seasoned. Phyllo dough was light yet filling. I also couldn’t resist talking some baklava home with me.

I hung out for a good while talking with the owner and his story behind the restaurant and how he uses his family’s recipes. It’s easy to feel the sincerity that goes into Egyptian Delights and the joy it brings him to share the food from his culture with the people. Will definitely be back!

This place is AWESOME. Went here while visiting family for my birthday. The coffee takes some time but is sooo good, well worth the wait. What's really outstanding is the service. The owner is so friendly and funny. We will definitely be back here. Highly recommend.

I had been wanting to try the Egyptian restaurant for sometime. The restaurant is very plain with cafƩ style seating. Not a lot of warmth and ambience. The proprietor, however, was jovial, and wonderful to talk with. He was happy to offer suggestions and explain his culture and, the food of his childhood.

Overall, the food was Egyptian, but reminded me of a low level American restaurant. Although I will definitely try it again, mostly because of the proprietor, I think it was mildly lacking in flavor… EXCEPT, I do have to say that he has the greatest baklava I have ever had in my entire life!!! it was also pretty neat to be able to drink sodas that weren’t ā€œAmerican.ā€

Wheelchair accessibility: The proprietor is in the wheelchair, so I’d say that the test pretty well to the ass accessibility. There certainly is no issue getting into the restaurant or navigating it.

EXTREMELY kind man working this store. I saw a woman who was nothing but smiles in the back. Only came in with my son and got some baklava, he made it this time with vanilla pudding I think. It had enough consistency where it held together in the baklava really well. It was super good and 100% my spot for baklava. I might try coming here for a full meal one day but I was just craving something sweet.
Definitely give this store a try! It was empty and I have no idea why because again, the baklava was absolutely delicious and only 9$ for 3 pieces. Great price. ā™„ļø
