I have ordered delivery numerous times with the E. College Ave. store. There is always something missing from my order. My family and I started taking notes on missing items from orders. Today and the bowl of soup that did not arrive marks the 17th time of 24 orders since we started documenting where something was missing. Sometimes it is as small as a pickle or cookie. Other times it is entire sandwiches or bowls of soup etc. There is not a lot of care that goes into delivering the correct order. The food is great. Employees and management are always apologetic for the miscues. I wrote a letter to the store two years ago when this started. I have started calling each time to get resolution. Once a manager brought the missing items, but usually my complaint is met with indifference or excuses. I work from home during the day and order from several other places...never issues like I have at the E. College Ave store. I am an easy going person...we are an easy going family...but after so many mishaps, we had to take a stand. We are out the food they did not delivery and the money lost.

I ordered on Uber eats, got my food fast and delivery was great. Upon opening the bag I noticed we didn’t get our peanut butter bar. Oh well it’s only a couple bucks. But then I unwrapped my sandwich to find they didn’t put any meat or cheese on it! So I got some lunch meat and cheese from my fridge and put it on. I took 2 bites and the second one I had to pull a long black hair out of my throat. Eww. The only thing they got right was the soup. I’m disgusted with this place. I know there is good employees there, but you guys really need to find the ones that are being lazy and unsanitary.

Ordered Delivery, a Fairly Big order. Everything was there and Delivered in a Timely Fashion. Chill was AWESOME and the Subs were Good. Nice on the Phone and the Delivery Driver was Friendly. A Great Experience!

I am recovering from surgery and can’t drive. I ordered delivery. After waiting 35 minutes I got an email that they couldn’t deliver my order. No sorry, no reasons. I checked my account and I had been charged. The gem of e and g told me they could deliver an order but would have to charge me again. Very sketchy and poor customer service.

The worker who prepared my sandwich unhygienically wiped their nose with their gloved hand while making the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.

Though the place was eight minutes from closing and very low on bread and ingredients, the staff member working was friendly and helpful to get us food. It was beyond just taking an order and much appreciated.

i placed an order on-line and got the email saying it will be delivered at 11:05am and it is 11:42am and still no food. i called at about 11:18am and they said they got hit with to orders for the sametime and it should be there soon. well its still not here as im writing this. i will not order from them anymore. the last time i ordered they forgot something and when i called they said they would have the driver bring them and never showed up. it is 11:45am and the food finally showed up. the driver did apologize for the delay.

I’m new to the area and love to eat fresh-tasting foods. My partner and I also are GF, so erbs and gerbs is a great place to eat as they offer GF bread. I had an accident on my order- but they were quick to help me out and make things right!

We ordered for delivery, and tried calling after they were 10 minutes late. Each time we called there was no answer on the phone. Never got our food, but they still took our money. Not the first time we’ve had issues with this location.The food was supposed to arrive at 7:18 PM, the store says it is open until 9:00 PM, I drove past at 7:40 PM and all lights were shut off. If the store is not open they should not be able to take orders.
