Great place to get started with a huge variety of teas to choose from. The service is sometimes good depending on who’s working there and how they feel that day. I get a weird vibe each time. I’m in there buying tea and I drink a ton of it. The prices in the past couple years on the tease that I usually drink have doubled if not tripled so I will need to find a more cost-effective option.

Great place for tea. Only wish Duke of Earl wasn't seasonal.

I heard a friend mention a tea company in Appleton. I told my mom about it and so we stopped in for a visit. I never realized how many amazing teas exist including Root Beer?! We became tea fiends and picked up so many new varieties! The place was cozy with amazingly accommodating and polite staff.

We will be back for another hull sometime soon! Until then it’s my little duck diffusers first time getting to work on brewing! Thanks again and keep up the good work Fava Fam!

Great staff, amazing selections and great prices!! My husband and I came in looking for tea for my family members! Lots of unique and great flavors for them to try! Bags perfect to fit in a stocking!

This is the BEST matcha I’ve ever had!! I didn’t even think I liked matcha until I tried this at SAP restaurant. Raspberry is my favorite but I love the blueberry too. I sometimes mix them. I use more than the directions say & add a tiny bit of honey. Try it you won’t regret it!! It’s beyond amazing!!

This place has the best loose leaf tea!! Helpful and friendly staff. And you can get a hot or iced tea to go if any tea in their store!

Walking into the store is magical - the subtle smell of so many teas blending together makes you feel instantly at ease. Bronze cylinders line the walls, filled with every sort of tea you can imagine. I particularly love their Earl Grey Supreme, along with seasonals like Raspberry Burst and Toasted Bourbon Pecan. Staff is helpful and friendly, and if you want to try something out you can order a freshly brewed cup of whatever you're interested in. I would give it six stars if I could!

I’ve never been much of a tea drinker outside of standard ice cold sweet tea, but a friend of mine made me some Cinnamon Spice and I’ve been hooked! Since then I’ve tried a handful of different Fava Tea teas, and I can’t wait to try more. I appreciate the knowledge of the staff, not only to help me find teas I’ll enjoy (I’m picky), but also answering questions to help me learn how to best brew a cup. Thanks for all the help Appleton!
