Worst 5 Guys I’ve ever been to. Burgers tasted awful, fries were under cooked, and the service was terrible. Normally 5 Guys gets your gut right but not this location.

I stopped here while traveling in the area. I always enjoy a good burger. Once again that is what I got. Something to note if you have never been here. The regular burger on the menu is actually 2 patties. They kind of get you because how can you go and order a junior burger (1 burger patty) especially if you are hungry.

Stopped in a few weeks ago - took the person behind the counter 10 minutes to take my order, and just couldn’t get it right (even though there were 4 other employees just standing around.). Another employee eventually came over to help, and just made things worse. Long story short, after 15 minutes of trying to order a burger, I just cancelled everything and left. Rude, incompetent employees.

Good food BUT I was picking up an order, there were 6 employees, they said "order for --- is here...i wait....After several minutes, someone checks a bag sitting on the back counter and it was the order i was picking up, just missing the fries. So, it was just sitting there for 10 minutes while they play faught and joked around....

My experience was not good. I ordered to go and when I got home our bacon cheeseburgers didn't have the bacon. When I called I was told I had to bring them back for a refund. I would have had to drive a little over 6 miles to do that. A gift card or something would have been nice. And they were rude.

This location’s Five Guys burgers are superior to those at my home state of Florida.
I come to this establishment frequently but was VERY disappointed today. If you know anything about 5 Guys you know the Large fry is huge, normally overflowing container and all over the bag which makes sense since it's $8 but today it was just the cup full when I pointed this out to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. They added maybe 5-10 more fries and gave the bag back. No apologies or we changed policy or explanation. Overall not a great experience.

First could have been a mistake I ordered a bacon cheeseburger then they later said they were out after charging me so they gave me a shake, shake had smeared finger prints all over lid with hair on it,then I went up to get napkins not knowing they asked for my burger well bun back they forgot to put a burger on my bun!was all thrown together fries were bad this place usually charges a lot and I don’t complain but all this I didn’t even eat
