We placed a web order tonight, to pick up and take home. This was the first meal I was going to be to having after two days of minimal food, and I had been craving a five guys burger, so I was very excited to get it home and indulge. I ordered a hamburger, with onions, lettuce, tomato, and jalapeno. What I received was a hamburger with two mini pieces of soggy, wilted lettuce, no tomato in sight, and SIX pickles. I’m sorry… what the heck??? No, seriously… what the heck. I’ve worked in kitchens before, I am legally blind in one eye and I can still read chits and make them accurately. It would be one thing if this was a one off, but this is the SECOND TIME this has happened to me. I like pickles, but not on my burger. Shouldn’t have to explain that, but feel it necessary now since whoever is making my food, seems to think I require pickles. I do not. And after there being 6 on it, even when I removed them, all I tasted was pickle. I took two bites (as seen), and threw it out. I’m so glad I wasted $40 on food I couldn’t eat. Your ONLY saving grace at this point are the fries, but $40 is outrageous and I’m honestly furious. Five guys is not a cheap option for fast food, I budget accordingly, and this one treat has left me so disappointed, unsatisfied, and quite frankly bitter. I doubt I’ll be returning, and I know all of you there are saying “that’s fine, don’t need your business anyway”, and may I just say… what a way to run a business. To anyone reading this review, may I suggest Culver’s, which is about a 4 minute drive from this place, or even Wendy’s. Cause that’s where I’ll be. Five guys… get it the HELL together.

In-N-Out Burger puts this place to shame, better tasting burgers at 1/2 the price! Why are the meals so expensive here? Overpriced mediocre at best meals.

Worst 5 Guys I’ve ever been to. Burgers tasted awful, fries were under cooked, and the service was terrible. Normally 5 Guys gets your gut right but not this location.

I stopped here while traveling in the area. I always enjoy a good burger. Once again that is what I got. Something to note if you have never been here. The regular burger on the menu is actually 2 patties. They kind of get you because how can you go and order a junior burger (1 burger patty) especially if you are hungry.
They must have had the french fry auditor in tonight because all I got was 8 normal sized fries and a dozen fry fragments.

Stopped in a few weeks ago - took the person behind the counter 10 minutes to take my order, and just couldn’t get it right (even though there were 4 other employees just standing around.). Another employee eventually came over to help, and just made things worse. Long story short, after 15 minutes of trying to order a burger, I just cancelled everything and left. Rude, incompetent employees.

Good food BUT I was picking up an order, there were 6 employees, they said "order for --- is here...i wait....After several minutes, someone checks a bag sitting on the back counter and it was the order i was picking up, just missing the fries. So, it was just sitting there for 10 minutes while they play faught and joked around....

My experience was not good. I ordered to go and when I got home our bacon cheeseburgers didn't have the bacon. When I called I was told I had to bring them back for a refund. I would have had to drive a little over 6 miles to do that. A gift card or something would have been nice. And they were rude.
