Little French Fries not my favorite

This was the first time that my wife and I have visited a Freddy's...but, based on our experience, it will NOT be our last ! I had the Freddy's Original Double meal and my wife had the Chili Cheese Dog -- my double cheeseburger was gone quickly but I relished every. single. bite. The fries were amazing as well, on top of the friendly and engaging service. All of this combined to make an exceptional first impression...and I'm sure there will be many more trips to come. 😁👍

I stopped in for dinner last night and both Sid & Susan were very nice to talk with while I was ordering and waiting for my food.

I ordered a Patty Melt but with Pepper Jack Cheese instead of Swiss, and I could hear Sid tell the guy in the kitchen that it was with Pepper Jack instead of Swiss.

I thought that was great communication to make sure that the kitchen knows it's not a "regular" patty melt. I don't get to Appleton very often, but stopping at Freddy's when I do is always a good choice, I never leave hungry or disappointed!

Really nice steak burger place, food tasted fresh and the real thin fries were really really good. Had their famous turtle sundae and was very good also. I was impressed by all the extra sauces they had to choose from by the fountain soda. Ranch, BBQ, mustard, mayo, and a cpl more I can't remember off hand. Lemon slices for their ice tea.

The food was delicious and quick and the facility was very clean, but the service from the staff was the high point of my visit. What really made my day was how one staff member announced customers' food orders when they were ready. Joe (I asked his name) had a great way of making these announcements fun and easily heard/understood. His quirky delivery was a pleasant surprise and made my day. I'll definitely be back.

We went to the Freddy's in Appleton, WI, and we will never go back! We each ordered Cheese Curds and drinks with a burger and a Chili Cheese dog. I corrected the order taker when they put fries on one of the orders on the screen. When we got to the window, I watched them put fries in the bag, and again corrected the order. I said I will gladly pay the difference for the Cheese Curds. We waited 7 minutes at the window for someone to address the issue and then were told, "You need to go through the drive-thru again if you want the curds." Not, pull over and we will bring them out, but "YOU NEED TO GO THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU AGAIN! "AND PAY FOR CHEESE CURDS WHEN I HAD PAID FOR FRIES I DIDN"T WANT! The Chili Cheese dog was not even warm! Never again! Mediocre food and even worse service!

Finally went here for the first time, and I'm not sure what all the hype is about. The custard is very good, but the burgers are the saltiest burgers I've ever tasted in my entire life; a sentiment that was shared by my whole family. The amount of salt in the burgers is overwhelming. We felt like we were eating salt with a side of burgers. The custard is the only thing keeping this review from being 2 stars. The service is slow, but the atmosphere was very nice. With that said, I don't think we will be returning

Went there last night. Definitely try the number 2 combo. Best steak burgers around. 💯 Better then Culver's and their shitty butter burgers.

I went through the drive through tonight for my free Veterans Day meal and I had the pleasure of having Joe serve us in the drive thru. Honestly best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Ordering was quick, food was all correct, and very friendly service! Will be stopping in again soon, hopefully we get to cross paths with Joe again! Give him a raise!!!!
