Went to Freddys for the first time, I asked what the order taker recommended and he said the Patty Melt so that is what I got. It was fantastic, the burger was sooo seasoned, it had so much flavor!! The fries were okay, but cool they serve fry sauce (if you pay for it) we ordered the chili fries too and it was okay. My husband got the bacon & cheese burger and he really enjoyed it. He was even looking for a Freddy's in the next big city of our trip with no luck. Oh! Also got a mini turtle sundae and it was soo good! I would say it beat Culver's!

We were in Appleton shopping. We love stopping at Freddy's for lunch. The Food is good... the Patty Melt is amazing, also the ice cream is good. The staff is always friendly and courtesy. I enjoy going there. We drive from Oshkosh... will continue
I am a big fan of Freddy's. I visited them and it wasn't busy. I ordered a meal and when I got home only the burger was in the bag. I wasn't going back at that time for my fries. Never the less great

The GM came and said hi to me. Super nice guy. Small burgers but they're pretty good and I'm actually surprised in a good way that I could substitute my drink for a concrete mixer.

Update: I reached out to what the comment says and you will never believe it, but absolutely nothing happened. I never ate here again and have told my family and friends. Better chains to go to.Terrible food and service. I was not given half of my food order. I went back through the drive through to tell them, they then have my food to the vehicle in front of me, the person went through it and handed it back. I then pulled forward and they gave me the same bag of food the other person went through. I sent a complaint to corporate and they did nothing. The first bag we got the fries and bun were soggy. I will never go again.
