We always love this place to eat but the last two times something was missing from our bowls. We did get it fixed though and still enjoyed our food!

Incredibly underwhelming vegetarian options, online orders harvesting insane amount of personal data from you before saying that they won't deliver or it's unavailable. Wouldn't recommend

Menu needs work, definitely need more options added. More warm wraps or something would be nice or paninis. Service here is always atrocious, teenagers that are working after school or their first job and are tired and could care less how fast they move. I get it, jobs during high school suck, but when you employ the entire staff the same age it takes a toll on the overall efficiency. Every time I went to get a basic salad, not even any meat added I'm waiting for 20-25 mins with 2 other people in the place eating. Like to me this is not a sit down restaurant where you order from a menu at a table. It's like a subway/chipotle where you walk up to counter, place order and order should be 2-10 mins tops especially when it's empty inside. Can't order from drive thru unless you call ahead, which I can see why because it seems there's no multitasking going on. I stopped coming here for this reason on the price and wait time for what you actually get. Just not worth it to me in my opinion. Salad size always varies, sometimes I get a decent size salad where I'm like yes this is what I paid for, and the other half of the time I get a barely full bowl. Consistency just isn't there. I posted a picture of a time I got a salad worth capturing.

We used Freshii to cater an event last week and it was phenomenal! Our potential clients said it was the best catered lunch that they have had. I appreciate their healthy options and will definitely be returning often.

This place was pretty good. However it is sort of understaffed. I was in a big group and we even called ahead and they still only had 2 workers. The food was pretty good however many dishes were missing things. Overall, I would recommend it with small groups or individually.

Stopped for a smoothie because friends speak highly of them. Got to say wasn't overly impressed, running, flavor was ok. For the price I expected more, and is much as I don't care for McDonald's their smoothies are half the price, the look and taste better.
