Gloria Jean's Coffees Fox River Mall

The lady was super rude for no reason. I asked the lady if she could put stawberry in an iced tea which they have and she told me no. Also when my husband got his drink it came to $10.50 he paid with $21 and only got a $10 back. He asked about change and she just looked at him and walked away from the register and started making other drinks. I use to love them but with the customer service I will not go back.

I went to my favorite Gloria Jeans at 1pm, July 3rd and I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service. My extended family are regulars, but you have now lost eight other customers who shop here every week. Please address the issue and we will consider returning.  Thank you

I ordered hot pistachio latte, and I can say it was not hot at all. I felt milk with at least 3 spons of sugar. The better idea is to find the nearest Starbucks instead.

I have been going to your store for over 25 years, I enjoy the coffee and baked goods. The employees could act a little friendlier, they don't seem like they want to be there.

Working at the mall I come here every day, and can always count of feeling welcome. Customer service is great, and even on the busiest days I can count on the service being fast and efficient. Not to mention the coffee here is easily better than the other spots around the mall.

Grabbed an english toffee chiller on my way out the mall When I started drinking it , I realized there were no toffee chunks in it but a ton of coffee chunks. Pretty gross.

Went to get a coffee 15 minutes before close and the I watched the young lady ask the other worker if they could be closed because she didn't want to make anymore coffee. Would understand if it was a couple of minutes before closing but it wasn't she just didn't want to do anything.
