The gentleman working on 2/15 around 2pm was amazing! He recommended a drink that was phenomenal (white chocolate caramel cookie) and even gave me a small sample of the drink! He was super friendly and I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone!

Asked if I could order a banana chiller and add chocolate and the girl said “do you want to just get the chocolate banana one we already have?” And I said sure didn’t know you had one and they proceed to call out this berry named drink and I didn’t think it was mine until miss attitude walked around the corner to inform me the chocolate berry drink was mine. Very gross and I expected more intelligent employees. Rude girls. Need new staff who understand what customer service is. Whoever does the hiring process should also be reevaluated.

Went in to get a hot chocolate and saw what looked like a cheese danish in the food display. It had no label though. Many didn't have labels to say what they were.I asked for one with my drink and guy was confused. I pointed at it and he got it.As he ran me up he said "it's not a cheese danish" but didnt tell me what it was. I tried it and guess what? It was a cheese danish.You need to put label on what your food is. This is a safety hazard. Someone could get sick or have a allergic reaction.

The girls here are always so rude. Before I kind of just shrugged it off as them having a bad day, but this has been happening the last 5 times I've came here.... Today a girl got my change wrong and kindly told her that she short me two dollars. She gave me the two dollars back but threw it at me rather than just handing it to me then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away. Then I noticed she got my order wrong as well. I went back up to the counter and waited, which it took a hot moment for someone to notice me because she and her other two co-workers were busy gossiping about a girl they knew. When someone finally did notice me, I explained my order was wrong. One of the other girls looked at me and went "oh... okay" in a rude tone. Got me my the food item I actually ordered, shoved it towards me and went back to gossiping. I work retail myself and I know that is not how you treat people as much as you want to somedays.... By no means did I expect them to bend over backwards for me, but a simple and genuine I'm sorry would have been nice. If you don't like working a job where you have to provide customer service maybe don't work there and find something less customer service based?
I love coffee… HOWEVER… I do not like mean girls. Whoever was working today, bullied my sister to the point where she walked out of her job. My sister is still training and they decided to give her the silent treatment to watch her fail.My sister is a very shy girl with social anxiety and hearing her call me in tears telling me her coworkers treated her this way… disgusting. Shame on you girls for treating people this way. Sounds to me like you girls need a little more training on respect. This behavior will not get you very far.
