To say that High Kaliber is the best to ever do it is an understatement. The food is beyond amazing every single time. Always fresh, never shortcuts, and the serving sizes are HUGE! Highly recommend! I’ve used them for catering, parties, and events at my business. Dustin and the team never fail to deliver and then some!

We hired Dustin & his crew for our outdoor park wedding, this summer. They were on time, set up in an area to not disturb our ceremony, the appetizers were hot and ready when he said that would be, and the dinner was phenomenal!! We had so many leftovers the next day that we fed our entire family and sent home plenty with those traveling from out of town.
They were consistent, considerate, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless delivery on our special day. It was refreshing to have 100% confidence in our catering company, since we had plenty of other hiccups to deal with prior and on the day of.
High Kaliber kept great communication with us throughout the entire process and was willing to answer any questions I had for him, going out of his way to help make sure my vision was achieved.
I have nothing negative to say and would recommend them with full confidence to anyone looking for a simple bite to eat at the food truck, or to have them cater a full menu for any event.

100% recommend the brisket mac & cheese 🤤🤤

These folks catered my daughter's wedding reception. The communication leading up to the event was excellent. We had coleslaw, mac n cheese, brisket, pork and jalapeño cheddar smoked sausage, it was all fantastic. There was plenty of food and great suaces. I'd say I would do it again but I hope not. ;)

We shared some delicious food tonight from High Kaliber BBQ & Catering food truck! Wow! Absolutely delicious smoky pulled pork mac and cheese and brisket sandwich! The sauces and seasonings are great! 10/10

High Kaliber BBQ & Catering was amazing to work with. They made pulled pork for my son’s graduation party and it was delicious! So many people asked where I got it from because it was so good! Also, I had a lot of questions about how much to order, how to keep warm, etc and they always responded quickly to all my questions. They were highly recommended to me and I can see why. I highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing food and service! 10/10 will definitely order from them again!

We used High Kaliber as a caterer for my son's wedding. This is after the original caterer double booked themselves and backed out of ours. EVERYONE at the wedding could not stop talking about how delicious the brisket, the mac and cheese, the beans, the cornbread, really all of it. They even gave a gluten free option for my sister who has celiac. I am grateful for the two gentlemen that personalized everything that was needed. We chose the option to just have the guests go to the food truck instead of the guys having to haul things inside. They even brought my son's grandmother a plate so she didn’t have to worry about climbing stairs. I felt like a pest asking for so many favors, but they really did everything that was needed with a smile. Even better, they brought all the leftovers upstairs up for us to take home. Thank you so much! You made the day even more special!! If you need a caterer you will not be more pleased with them.
