We drove up here from Oshkosh, after I saw someone post about High Kaliber on TikTok. It was absolutely worth the drive and we will be back. The food was phenomenal! There was a line out the door when we got there, and throughout the entire time we were eating! They moved quick and the food was worth the wait 100%.

We just left from having a great dinner! Staff was sooooo friendly (we had all 4 of them personally say something to us, which was so nice considering how busy they were) and food was phenomenal. We had the brisket sandwhich, burger, mac and cheese and smoked beans. I loved how the brisket was finely chopped, moist, flavorful, and not fatty at all! The cornbread was like a sweet dessert. Almost like a cake. I told my husband he could get a pan of that for my birthday next year and I'd be a happy camper 🤣 definitely add this place to your next date night dinner.

This place nails it. The food is outstanding: melt-in-your-mouth brisket and flavorful pulled pork. Sides are spot-on—creamy mac & cheese, tangy slaw, smoky beans, and perfect cornbread. Generous portions every time.
Service is excellent—friendly, fast, attentive staff who make you feel welcome right away. Great vibe, clean spot, and authentic BBQ charm.
Green Bay is lucky to have this gem. Hands-down one of the best meals in town. Highly recommend—go now! 🔥🍖

Visiting from Miami and always on the lookout for great new places to eat in Green Bay, this BBQ spot completely met—and exceeded—my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Our food came out fast, and everything was fresh and delicious. We tried the pulled pork sandwich, the Mac and cheese, the Cole slaw, and the cornbread—all of which were amazing. The cornbread was probably the best cornbread I’ve ever had. You can also tell they care about both the food and the people they serve. If you’re in the area and want solid BBQ with great service, this place is a must-try.

This is the best BBQ place in the area and you will not regret eating this food. I have eaten from their truck and then they catered my wedding. I have reports of people going back for 3rds and 4ths. The attention to detail and professionalism is unmatched and wildly appreciated. Dustin helped make our day easier and better, beyond just the food. He was helpful on so many levels and worked with us. I wait to review to see if my opinion changes after the initial encounter, and if any feeling has grown stronger, which is has not. I would make the choice to go with High Kaliber again and again. If you have questions or concerns, this is THE place to get BBQ in the Green Bay area. Cannot wait until the restaurant is open.
