Hmong Express is such a gem in Appleton. Every time my family and I come here, we are welcomed with genuine kindness. The staff is always friendly, and the owner often greets us herself. She is incredibly sweet and caring, always making sure everything is perfect. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. This restaurant has become a favorite for our family, and we are so grateful to have a place like this in our community. Truly the best Hmong restaurant in town!

Pho was plain, meat was definitely not fresh. Egg rolls had a pinch of meat in them. Might as well called them veggie rolls. Chicken was the worst. All fat.

Stuffed wings were huge and delicious, some of the best ones I’ve ever had! The pho you create by filling a bowl of your meats and a bowl of your veggies yourself. In my opinion the pho broth was a little weak. Definitely a great spot to stop for stuffed wings though!

THIS place has delicious food. I ordered two stuffed chicken wings, nam vam, and some sticky rice. Let me tell you, I will absolutely be back. Perfect food in a local grocery spot. Go in through the back! I am so happy that I stopped. Everything was packaged beautifully, and the person working the counter was absolutely lovely. I highly recommended and cannot wait to come back soon

BYOP is great! Tripe & tendon are available, too. Pad thai lacked flavor outside of salty :/ egg rolls were good, phô broth was light but good. All portions were generous :)
