I used to really enjoy stopping in weekly. I even attempted to review every single beer they released. Some of the staff always made me feel welcome, especially in the earlier days. The beer lineup is still good but suddenly not unique, and that personal connection that made Hop Yard special has faded. I hope they find that spark again.

Visited the new Menomonee Falls location today. Loved the wood fire pizza 🍕 you can choose between ones on the menu or make your own which is really cool. The layout for seating is really nice. There are games to play at the tables with kids or family which is a really cool idea. The staff is really friendly, will definitely be one of my go to local places.

was fixing for a pizza Sunday afternoon, got busy around the house and lost track of time. 4:30 I finally think to figure out dinner plans and go online to see what time Hop Yard was open until, and they close at 6.
I tried fumbling through the online ordering system through door dash I think and because it was so close to when they stop serving food at 5:00 p.m. It was not available. So I hopped in the truck and made a trip over there because what's better than having pizza for dinner? A cold delicious beer to go with it while you wait!
I got there about 5 minutes before 5 :00, and as a chef myself, I profusely apologized because I know better than to go and order food for l right before closing time. I asked if they could still do it and without any hesitation they took my pizza order and poured me a cold beer- running teeth first is by far my favorite! bits and bobs and the Danny Dorito war amazing, serving was fantastic, atmosphere friendly and inviting.
keep up the amazing work hop yard crew, and sorry again for the last minute dinner and thanks for accommodating!

Recently had the honor of attending a private event here. While I did not try any beers (this time), the pizza was outstanding, the owner was fabulous and the vibes in this space are incredible. I can't wait to go here again to try some of the craft beers (which have amazing names by the way) and to eat more pizza!

So glad the Hop Yard was established! It’s been such a great addition to the community and the owners have done everything right from the beginning. The decor, atmosphere, location, beers, pizza menu, music, and most importantly the people that staff it. My favorite brewery by far!!!

The pizza here is fantastic, and their craft beer is definitely worth mentioning. If you're looking for a spot to focus and get work done, this is it. They were very accommodating, even lowering the music so I could take a call. The Wi-Fi is excellent, with plenty of outlets at the bar and tables. The owners are incredibly friendly. Overall, I give it five stars for the food, atmosphere, and the people.
