Evan is the best employee at any restaurant ever. He is so kind and gave me excellent service. He seems like the perfect person for a shift manager position. His pride he takes in at working a Jersey Mike’s is incredible and is dedication I have never seen by another person while eating out ANYWHERE. I told my good friend Dustin about my experience and we are going to come back soon and expierience this wonder again! All thanks to Evan, you are the best.

My favorite sub shop ever! I’m giving 5 starts because of freshness and quality. After that it offered me 3 options - Food, Service and Atmosphere. I ranked them 5 stars, 4 stars, and 3 stars respectively. Why? The food has always been great. However. It’s very noticeable that on the weekends - especially Sunday that “the kids” are working. I visit at least 2-3 times a week so I see all of the service options. When I visit Sundays - there is little emphasis on when I walk in- no greeting until the conversation around the corner is finished. There is a lot of foul language as though there aren’t any guests dining in. Just makes for a really bad atmosphere.. which is why I scored a 3. There is one guy who acknowledged that he saw me in before - which blows my mind as I am in so often. I’ve been in restaurant management for 20+ years and always make it a point to build relationships with regulars. At the end of the day… the food is good. The service could be better but the food and service is still better than going to subway. Would I eat there more- yes. However the service is not deserving of that.

Bruh put the food in the bag why you acting so prissy and prestigious

Keep the ginger get rid of the rest. They’re all “swag” but not for customer facing food serving

I am amending this review and adjusting it to 5 stars. I was given a respectful and prompt phone call and probided an explanation to a nee worker on day 3 sho made the mistake. We are all human and it brought my empathy to the forefront. I appreciate the way it was handled and so in favor of that, i have edited my review. Thank you for making things right and showing you care about your customers experience- because of this i will give this location another opportunity in the future.

I'm honestly speechless right now. I ordered the Veggie sub, and I have been a vegetarian for 17 years. Im 35. I added hot honey to the sub to spice it up a little bit and chose the rosemary bread. I got halfway through my sub and It was very spicy so that took over the flavor and I kept feeling crunching but I thought it was the bread. Then I decided to figure out what was crunching because I realized it felt like onion crisps almost so I opened my sub didn't see anything...then I peel my tomatoes off the bread....and there are 2 pieces of bacon. I have never in my life had a more negligent scenerio. This sub doesn't even come with anything meat related. It's the literal veggie sub... why someone would go out of their way to add meat to an all veggie sub makes me wonder the intentions of the sub maker. I am on edge, I'm likely going to get sick because it's been so long my body won't be able to process red meat. I am disgusted, angry and whoever is in charge of this store needs to make sure their staff is talked to about this. This is absolutely down right wrong. I'm one of the most understanding and neutral , level minded people i know, so for me to have to write this is saying more than anyone reading this knows. I will never be eating at this location, again. I suggest a refresh training or to make sure you don't have malice in your crew.

I am amending my review regarding the bacon being added to my vegetarian sub. I was given a phone call and it was made right. The worker who made mine is new and made a mistake, so in favor of how they handled this I wanted to review it again because my original won't let me edit it. Thank you for being professional and calling me. I appreciate it and will give this location another opportunity in the future. Mistakes can happen and this was on the big one scale just due to me being a vegetarian- the fact it a new worker on day 3 makes my empathy rise to the forefront. How it was handled is important and I am happy I recieved a phone call and explanation with coupons. 👏

Long line but the workers kept things moving quickly. The workers were friendly and cheerful despite being so busy! Food was just ok.

I won't be back.back. I had buffalo chicken. It barely had any chicken. It was all buffalo sauce and ranch that was just dripping while eating. Had a mess when done.

Why order online when you wait 15 mins past the promised time. I watched my order sit on the counter while 7 other sandwiches were made before my order was tended to. Don’t order online as there is zero priority placed on your order. I would have been better off standing in line, as every single patron standing line was tended to before my order was tended to. Plenty of staff, so there was zero reason for the extra delay in my order.
