Jersey Mike’s is the best. I had a pick up order tonight and you guys were very busy so my order was ready late. Not a huge deal and wasn’t going to complain. Workers were nice and apologetic. Open the bag when I got home and there was a free sub coupon inside. Thanks!

Gave me oregano when I asked for no oregano and tomato. I just ended up throwing it away minus the bread. After scraping the oregano away with a knife. Paid around 15 dollars for a meal and they ask you to tip

I don't normally give ratings fast food joints or commercial places but I love Jersey Mikes and this is the one by my house so I'll give it a quick 5 stars. If you haven't had Jersey Mike's, I recommend it. The #1 place to get subs if you ask me.

The food is really a hit or miss now. Most often times a miss. Today I ordered and there was very clearly a bite taken out of it. One time I ordered a sub that already comes with mayo and bacon on it, not only did they not add extra like I requested, but it was entirely absent from the sandwich. They used to put lots of meat and cheese on their sandwiches, now it's a tiny amount in comparison. The quality has gone down so much. If you are going to get take out from here, just make the trip there and don't bother ordering online, that way you can make sure the employees aren't going to take a bite out of your sandwich before they wrap it up and send it your way.

For the second time they screwed up our food, offered a refund which we took. Then we got charged again instead of getting the refund. The food is good which is why we will go back. But if you need a refund, make sure you get it and you don’t end up getting charged twice! It’s an easy dispute with the bank tho. But still a waste of time and is extremely frustrating.
