I know it's hard but try to fulfill all the subs in an order so visitors from our of town that don't have a car and walked to the location don't get screwed out of their food and then wait 5 to 10 business days to get credited the refund for your crappy service.

Placed an order online. Due to there only being 1 driver our sandwiches took an hour and 15 minutes to be delivered.
Our food was clearly made and sitting as all of the bread was soaked/soggy and the paper wet.
I understand it's a staffing issue, but I feel if you cannot provide a service well, maybe discontinue it.

This should be called the freaky slowest jimmy johns in all the land. Food is always fine, except I’ve had fountain cokes forgotten, but this is the third time my order has taken an hour or more from time of ordering, spent my whole break waiting for it, then had to inhale my food.

They shouldn't be able to say freaky fast when it's an average of a hour for delivery. When you ask for it cut in half that is still too complicated for someone to do it. Don't waste your money here plenty of other subs shops.

This Jimmy John’s is a joke. The employees didn’t care about customer service one bit. The place was a disaster , garbage bags not even put in the can. Had no change so I got stuck with a handful of quarters. They didn’t have a couple of their options , because they were too Lazy to put them together. Unstocked coolers , and dusty tables . Waited 2 1/2 hours for them to tell me there is nothing they can do and have no idea where my order was delivered now I have to wait business days on my money to be refunded? How is this even fair?

Sub was good, but ordered delivery and it didn’t come for a whole hour. Coworker had similar experience. If you need something delivered ‘freaky fast’, don’t go here

Screwed up the order , then when asked to make it right was told it would just take to long though I didn't get items I paid for...then whined like a child about being busy....wow....aren't you suppose to be ? So fast ill freak , or so screwed up I'll freak out.....that's my last order JJ's....now you won't be so busy .
