The man behind the counter was nice and showed me where to pick the order up but as I was walking out a woman said "now run away." And gave me a dirty look for picking up an order an HOUR before they closed. Hmmm, maybe go find a different job if you can't handle working in food when people want it they will come get it. She had glasses and worked at night

Multiple times I've ordered for delivery and they don't have a driver and cancel the delivery. This has to be the 4th of 5th time this has happened. I've never had any company cancel deliveries as much as Jimmy Johns. Which is really ridiculous considering their company slogan is "freaky fast" delivery. They could simply fix this by allowing actual door dash drivers to complete the deliveries instead of their unreliable Jimmy Johns staff members at this location.
