Multiple times I've ordered for delivery and they don't have a driver and cancel the delivery. This has to be the 4th of 5th time this has happened. I've never had any company cancel deliveries as much as Jimmy Johns. Which is really ridiculous considering their company slogan is "freaky fast" delivery. They could simply fix this by allowing actual door dash drivers to complete the deliveries instead of their unreliable Jimmy Johns staff members at this location.
They have good sandwiches,but hardly any meat.Cousins subs is cheaper and has more meat. So I will be using them . Sorry

So I looked online it says they're open until 6:00 I show up there at like 2:05 the lady yells we are closed I'm like it says 6:00 she says no we close at 2:00 you're a couple minutes late but we are closed I know people are understaffed but at least fix your Times online

I've never been inside, but they don't even deliver to my area anymore, despite me being only a mile away. I'm not sure if it's because they have trouble keeping drivers, but it's sad that they no longer deliver out of a 4 minute radius, seemingly.
