11/12/25 around 12:45pm I ordered delivery from this restaurant, but my order was delivered to the wrong address. When I called (at 2pm) to explain the situation, the manager(very rude male-didn’t catch his name) insisted the food was delivered correctly and said they have a very experienced driver. However, I have a Ring doorbell camera, and there was no delivery recorded at my address. I even offered to drive up to the store and show them my ring camera footage, to prove it wasn’t delivered here. Unfortunately the manager kept cutting me off and refused to listen or even consider that a mistake may have been made. They did say they’d remake it and hung up on me. Even experienced drivers can make mistrals since the building we live in, isn’t marked well, but the lack of accountability and customer service was very disappointing. They should’ve also sent the same driver the second time to clear things up.

Jimmy John’s is pretty much the standard sub place that most people go to. Their subs are good, but the competition is really starting to pick up with other sub places that are catching up to Jimmy John’s with quality and speed. Jimmy John’s is ‘good’, but not great, but I do like their bread.

Just did drive through at this location. When handing back the dollar bills, the wind took it. She closed the window on me. I asked for the change again since it blew away. She said no, you can go get it. Not friendly.

Quiet, not as much energy as other JJ stores. Food was great!
The place is very clean and the sandwiches are good, something important is that they are cold, they don't put them in the oven, but you don't need it because they are very delicious.

Ordered in person for take out. All sandwiches, chips, cookies just placed on the counter. Asked if they would be putting in a bag? They put a bag on the counter. Rude, poor customer service. Is it because I refuse to pay a tip for fast food takeout??

I recently ordered two Plain Slim sandwiches from Jimmy John's, and my experience was quite disappointing. Despite specifically requesting a plain sandwich, one had a small piece of lettuce inside the sandwich, and the other had a piece of lettuce in the wrapper. It was clear that the person making the sandwiches was not taking the order seriously and seemed to be playing juvenile games.
This incident made me feel uneasy knowing that someone with such disregard for customer requests and professionalism was handling my food. Tampering with food is a serious matter and can be considered a felony. Such behavior not only violates customer trust but also raises significant health and safety concerns.
I will be discussing this experience with Jimmy John's corporate offices to ensure that appropriate actions are taken. Attention to detail and respect for customer preferences are fundamental in the food service industry,

I recently visited Jimmy John's and had an exceptional experience. The subs were fantastic, packed with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The bread was perfectly baked, adding a great texture to the overall sandwich.
What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was accurate and ready in no time. Their positive attitude and willingness to accommodate special requests made the visit even more enjoyable.

If I could write this store, A zero I would I watched the manager make my sandwiches wrong. I opened them and they were wrong. I asked him to remake them because that’s not how I ordered them yelling at me telling me I was wrong because that’s not how they were ordered and my daughter do not like tomato or cheese on our sandwiches so you think I would order my sandwich with no tomato or cheese correct I will never go back to Jimmy John’s again the manager there needs a course on people skills
