Placed an online order and get a call asking me if I wanted to tip the delivery driver what the hell if I wanted to tip before I service I would have put a tip in on the online app....calling to see if I want to tip is kinda strong arming you into tipping... NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM JIMMY JOHNS AGAIN!!!!!

This morning I had yogurt & coffee for breakfast before church. Apparently not nearly what my 6month pregnant little man needed. Almost fainted at church; directly from church we wound up at this jimmy johns. When I went to enter they told me “we open at 11.” Sadden I turned to leave. Still cradling my baby bump in pain n fear of fainting these three beautiful women let me in. The systems were obviously still down with almost a full hour before open. Not only did these lovelies seem to have their line up but also rushed to ensure baby boy was fed. We’ll call her lashes ? when systems were finicky to turn on she asked cash or card, when I replied card; god blessed me ? Lashes said “go ahead and take it, on me today. No worries” God is good and these women are a blessing. Highly recommend this location; been here a few times in the last recent months and services not good disappoint. Thank you ladies so much for the blessing this morning baby and mommy are home safe and resting now tummy full thanks to you??❤️

If I could give zero stars I would. I normally never leave a review but this blew my mind. My mom order JJ like she always has. Never once has she had someone ring the door bell when we say leave at the front door. So her food came and the guy rang the door bell. She didn't answer it right away because she said leave at the front door. So he leaves and when she was able to open the door to grab her food. She noticed that he left her food and drink in the middle of the grass in the rain with a sad face on the receipt. Never had I ever experience such behavior. You don't know the situation of someones life. Sometimes I order food to be delivered when I'm not even home. You don't leave food in the middle of the yard in the rain. Because someone didnt answer the door. When she called the store to talk to the manager all they said was Ohh and that they will talk to the driver who delivered. We will never order JJ again. This was the worst experience ever.

This is what my wife gets everytime we order and this is what it ALWAYS looks like. So I went in and asked why it doesn't look like the picture. I was told "it doesn't come like that"!

Freaky Fast is really 1.5hrs. I ordered about noon and called them at about 1pm wondering about my order. They just said "oh we were just about to get to it" It took another 30min to get here. You need to have an estimated time so if you are busy or understaffed, people can plan accordingly.

We walked into the store and were told they weren't taking in-person orders due to too many pick-up orders. We could have ordered from our phone and waited in the store, but that seemed silly so we decided to go elsewhere.

I don’t usually go out of my way to do reviews, or complain but I am going to make an exception in this case. While I understand short staffing and busy time periods, I do not understand how Jimmy John’s can coin themselves on being “freaky fast” when I placed my online order an hour ago, and it still has yet to be delivered. I called the shop after 30 mins, just to ensure it went through. It had, but then the call was dropped on their end. I decided to wait a bit more and just called again. They tell me that the order for my kids and I is still in the store, they are busy and only have one driver. Again I understand this happens, but then communicate. Apologize. Offer incentives. SOMETHING. The nonchalance I was greeted with both times I called is what prompted me to write this review. To me, if I’m paying for the convenience of delivery, and tipping, I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for an order we could have driven there and back 5 times for ourselves for by now without any form of communication. As busy as the shop is, our family is too… which is why we ordered “freaky fast delivery” in the first place.

PJ went above and beyond getting me everything I needed on short notice for a large lunch order. I had a unique situation where the tomatoes, lettuce, onions and pickles for 13 subs all had to be on the side. She had everything separated, ready and waiting for me when I came to pick up. Thank you!

App was difficult to order and flipped sandwich after revising to add an ingredient changed to bread not unwiich. My husband is keto. Location refused to change to unwich. Workers were rude and did not care and weren’t helpful.
