App was difficult to order and flipped sandwich after revising to add an ingredient changed to bread not unwiich. My husband is keto. Location refused to change to unwich. Workers were rude and did not care and weren’t helpful.Dietary restrictions: Keto

Slowest service I've ever seen at a Jimmy John's. I thought they were supposed to be Freaky Fast...but not at this location. Employees there didn't seem to care I was waiting for my order and no one was in a hurry to get work done. Lots of standing around.

I reached out via phone prior to stopping in. When I got there the road was closed ( the person on the phone did not tell me this). When I finally got a place to park (having to walk through a picker patch), when I tried t explain that I wanted a gargantuan beach club the attendant know if I could do such a thing. So I had to order (two single beach clubs and get charged 1.78 above a gargantuan sandwich along with the things I didn’t want and the things I wanted). I understand things are tough, but don’t screw the people who are trying to keep your business alive. I won’t ever go back to the store o hwy 15 next to Best Buy.
Great subs, as usual. The lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh. Don't forget to add onions to any sub. We did have to wait at least 15 minutes for a large corporate box lunch type of order before getting our two subs, however. That's never happened to me at a JJ's.

Customer service is terrible, and it seemed people working here are not happy. I asked myself why did I gave tip. I ordered online, and customers who ordered in the shop got their sandwich much faster. If you are the one taking order, make sure you take care in store orders and online orders as the orders are printed out. Nothing is freaky fast here, just unfriendly workers.
