We had a terrible experience at the Ballard Road Jimmy John’s at 11:50 am today. The person at the window never looked at me and mumbled “rewards” and proceeded to ring up my order and asked for payment. When he handed me my order, I explained that because he didn’t talk directly to me I didn’t have an opportunity to give my phone number. From that point on he was rude and condescending. He rambled on about it being my fault I didn’t give my rewards information in time. I tried to stop him to explain my point of view and he blew me off! As I drove away, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Someone came on the line, identifying themselves as the manager, and when I explained the situation, he defended the employee in question and was more interested in correcting me for calling the person a young man rather than a she and wasn’t interested in my explanation or in me as a customer. This location has a real problem with their customer service and management. I hope the franchise owner sees this message and makes the necessary changes to better train their employees. We won’t be back!

Nice and fresh sub. Also, tried a new hot one (toasted), and it was excellent. Will try them all. This location seemed pretty new. Anyway, it was clean and quiet with friendly staff. JJ's bread just hits different.

First n foremost I would like to recognize Manager Andrew for the upmost professionalism in our recent visit we are regular customers at your location I'm proud to give great comments to the employees that earned it you have an excellent employee here Jimmy John's I just wish there were more employeees like Andrew in the fast food industry that made me feel that I meant something to them as a customer I felt right at home like we were family I will be back regularly this makes for a rating of 100% guest satisfaction with 110% recommendation thank you Andrew your the best !!
Awful. They got my order completely incorrect, I ordered a veggie on which, and literally it was just a sloppy on which with some lettuce, there wasn’t even half of the ingredients included in the description of the order. I also ordered salt and vinegar chips and they gave me jalapeño chips. This order was placed in the drive thru, and I couldn’t walk in the door to ask for a refund Because the door was locked and it had a sign saying” because of Staffing we only have drive thru” very unsatisfied with the entirety! I’ve been to jj several times in the past and this is the second time my order is incorrect.

Rarely get orders rights, if there’s a line it lasts for half an hour. Have watched employees outside smoking during a lunch rush. Takes way too long to get a single order across.

Have gone there 3 times in the last year and every time something is messed up. This time ordered 2 gargantuan subs #12. Well guess what I get home and they forgot the meat on both of them. I call to get a refund. They tell me there manager Drew said they can't do that cause they don't have the receipt. I tell them the receipt number they say that doesn't work. Now they want me to come in tomorrow to try and figure it out! Why can't people just do the job they are assigned and not argue with the customer. I didn't forget the meat they did this place is a joke!!!
