Have gone there 3 times in the last year and every time something is messed up. This time ordered 2 gargantuan subs #12. Well guess what I get home and they forgot the meat on both of them. I call to get a refund. They tell me there manager Drew said they can't do that cause they don't have the receipt. I tell them the receipt number they say that doesn't work. Now they want me to come in tomorrow to try and figure it out! Why can't people just do the job they are assigned and not argue with the customer. I didn't forget the meat they did this place is a joke!!!

Not sure how this location is in business. Never open and even if they are open it’s for 2 hours. Lazy
They are never open don't let people know their hours
They messed my order up again. Whether the People don’t listen properly another story. I had said no MAYO and they repeated over the broadcaster NO mayo…open the bag and bite into the sandwich no tomatoes on the sandwich and mayo on the sandwich. Whether it was a hearing issue or a fat finger incident on the screen doesn’t matter. Don’t got time to go back on lunch. Keep giving this location chances which don’t play out well.

Waited at the drive through for 5 minutes and everyone was out back smoking. Really need to turn the open sign off if you don't want to serve customers
Drive through worker seemed like he didn’t want to be there and came off to be very rude and impatient. Food is great and I won’t stop coming.

Sandwich was pretty normal, services wasn't terrible but the atmosphere was not great, when I went to the counter to tell them I had an online order three of the workers were complaining loudly about hating their jobs and like that's fine, hate your job if that's your prerogative, but it's just bad taste to be loud enough for the customers to hear you.
Parking: It's like a 3 complex "mini mall" so there is plenty of parking here and they also have a drive thru.

Half the time closed when it states their open, or online orders only. We asked the guy a questions and he FREAKED out.i believe he had autism possibly. Why as management would you make someone with a disability work alone?! Didn't seem like he was able to do the job anyways he growled at us yes literally growled at us. Love driving all the way across town. Why open another store when yall can't handle the ones already open?
CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE AND SIGNAGE OUT FRONT!! gave a second chance and said they were open got there and closed AGAIN. How is this location still in business?!

We went drive thru for our subs. The cashier at the window was very pleasant and the subs were excellent, exactly as we ordered them. Very fast also.

Had to repeat myself 3 times and still didn't what I wanted on my sandwich asked for flour wraps shr was making it on the herb wrap so I stopped them.also said make meal (soda and chips). Had to reorder that.
