Your typical dive bar but very welcoming and warm. Not too loud so you can actually talk. Worth a visit if you’re downtown Appleton

Great bartenders and environment!
Looked like a pretty cool place until the bartender talked to us. We walked out pretty quickly after that. It was the woman with the purple hair (didn’t catch her name). Now I see why they were so empty on a Saturday night.

Cool little bar. Love how it feels like a small town bar. The Bartender was very nice.

We were there on a Thursday night so it wasn't busy. The architecture inside is lovely. They have a small outdoor patio. Bartender was friendly.

Ha! Last there 1980. Last year at LawrenceThose were the days. Jims was cheap beer, the little nut hut and surly bartenders.
Great place. Nice variety of drink options, clean & the live music was wonderful.
Shinobi maki roll was delightful!
Couldn't give a 0 or I would. Terrible bartender if you want to call her one. Warm beer. Couldn't drink it. Catered to locals. Never will step foot in there again.
Jim's Place rocks! Always a good time and always great service!
