I Love everything about this place
Love this place, just wish it was open for lunch.
Katsu-ya is downtown Appleton and trendy so it will survive, as it has for many years. Prices are in line but sushi is average compared to a lesser known restaurant about a mile away.
Why, oh why, do you use minced fish on/ in your sushi rolls? Shame. Shame. Shame
