I was told 15-20 minutes 45 minutes later I get my food and then my breadsticks are cold and hard I didn't even get fresh breadsticks Don't recommend this place

Breadsticks looked like a loaf of focaccia bread all one piece like they barely cut through and must have placed them all together and they just baked into one piece and my pizza barely had any toppings and very little cheese. Super unimpressed and will not go back there again.

Food was terrible breadsticks wasn't cook all the way pizza crust was little soggy 2 time they did this smh woman on the phone hung up on me too.
Ordered pepperoni w/extra cheese Tasted and appeared to not have any additional cheese. Oaud $2+ extra. Had to wait 10 minutes. Not particularly busy at 4pm. My pizza sat on the back counter until the young cashier came out of the back corner to hand it to me. Pretty meh all in all.

I accidently forgot my two liter of soda and I called and asked for compensation and the manager told me it is not his counter persons fault when that's basic customer service i been in customer service over 15 years that's not how you treat customers and customers are always right the excuse we are busy doesn't fly!

Called 5 times.. the last two times they picked up n hung up.. then went to order online since I knew it was opened, as I drove past earlier n someone was carrying out a za... N the ONLINE DONT WORK either ... Went to order in person n was told the phones work so they have no idea why I had the issue.. even proved n showed them my call log.. don't deny answering n hanging up or not answering.. it wasn't busy.. just saying..

The staff was funny and very friendly. The only that was weird was the pizza. I don't know if the crust is from a different vendor or if ingredients were different, but the pizza crust had a strange "spongy" taste and felt slightly undercooked. We had this crust weirdness roughly 1-2 weeks ago as well. We will still go, but hoping it was a fluke with either ingredients or cooking times.
