Cheap food but terrible service. Came in for a pickup, told the employee the name on the order. They said it'll be out shortly and when it was done they just put it in the locked pickup box without communicating that it was ready.

If they tell you it'll take 10-15 minutes, multiply that by 3 at least... I ordered over the phone, 1 pizza, and an order of sticks. I got here in 40 minutes, thinking it was still under the lamp and cursing myself for getting it late, only to find out, it's not even done yet. Lol. On top of that, my pizza wasn't even well done like I ordered. All doughy. I recommend a different store 200%. Lies and poor service here. (Also, what pizza chain doesn't offer at least one dipping marinara with their breadstick order??? No wonder i never order LC.)

This is not a hot and ready service. Normally we would order online, but the last two times ...the wait for a pizza...just walking in.and ordering it...took a ridiculous amount of time. They should just advertise online orders only after a certain hour of the day. So for future reference order online.

PSA NEVER EAT HERE 5-10 mins before closing! I found hair in my food! Recently when I bought a supreme before the store closed I not only received it undercooked but was quick to discover what looks like either someone’s pubes or beards it was very disgusting and my girlfriend and I got sick!

Called in and placed my order when I got there they thought I was a joke even though I called the same number they have on Google and clicked directions for the same place very messy and the bottom of the pizza box on my deep dish got soggy and fell out the box I live 15 min away lol. It was a funny moment for the family so I'm not mad I'm disappointed?
