Lou's Brew Cafe & Lounge - Appleton

I literally love this place, I used to go here to read or write all the time and it's such a comforting homey feeling this cafe has. The atmosphere is really great and they have an upstairs lounge area, I love so muchhhh! also very spacious and perfect for a group setting too or alone.

I’ll admit after harmony caffe closed Lou’s brew had a rocky start with the service and drink items but I’m happy to say Lous brew did a complete 180 and is now my favorite little coffee brewery. The aesthetic and service is uplifting and welcoming to all who walk in. The coffee is great and can be made for anyone’s personal preference or dietary need. They also serve shockingly great smoothies and fresh delicious dishes. Needless to say forget everything you though about Lous brew and comeback and see for yourself.

I love Lou’s! The environment is relaxing and it’s a great place to meet with friends or get some work done. I always order the Aloha Latte and am never disappointed. Highly recommend!

very poor service. I went to the cafe on a Sunday afternoon after checking their hours and after I purchased my drink I was told they are closing in 5 minutes. I told the cashier why she did not tell me about the closing time before I purchased the drink and I was told I should have checked it before on the FB page I ended up walking all the way back to my car with the drink in my hand. I prefer going to cafes where I can sit and have my drink. would not be going there again because of poor customer service.

Temporary closed. Will change review when able to try it. Feel like people should know it’s temporarily closed and I’m leaving this review so that they hopefully they will.

I was really excited to check this place out based on the 5-star reviews. I really liked the vibe it had, very cozy and I could see myself reading there for hours if given the time. However, after waiting two minutes to be acknowledged by the cashier, I ordered two drinks, both to be made with almond milk. I waited for 15 minutes for the first drink and it was not made with almond milk, so it had to be remade. The other drink had still not come out by the time the other drink was remade. When the second drink came out an additional 5 minutes later, it was also not made with almond milk.

I did open mic while I was there. It was fun
