I came in around 12-1pm today to pick up a door dash order. The order was not on the shelf yet so I sat and waited next to it for about 10 minutes. Granted it was busy at the time, the girl working the front counter walked past me several times and avoided eye contact each time, would purposefully look the other way. I had another order I had to pickup so I couldn’t wait much longer, I walked up to the counter and the girl didn’t look at me or greet me, she was annoyed before I even got the chance to say anything. So I just simply asked her if the order would be set on the shelf when it’s ready or if I had to let her know I was here for it. She responded “it’s on the shelf, we’re busy right now” and walked away. Meanwhile there was not a single order on the shelf. I understand being busy and overwhelmed, but I feel like she was simply just rude from the start.

We stopped in at the Appleton location today. Our food was all fresh, hot and really delicious! The girl at the counter was super sweet, and patient with us as we read the details of the menu board. The restaurant was very clean too .We shared the loaded baked potato Mac, which was soooo good! It came out hot and delicious, and the balance of ingredients was perfect. I wasn't of big fan of the hard seating options, but everything else was really great. We're definitely going back to try more Mac creations!

MACS is really good. Their food is awesome and I tried their new street taco mac and that was good. The details in the food and the taste of it bring a warm feeling to your body. The only thing is the price. The smaller one is quite expensive compared to the bigger one and the bigger one might be a little expensive. This place is great and when I am in town, I will definitely come again.

The food is always good, but I paid for extra baked potatoes on my #3, and did not get extra potatoes. Kind of disappointing going to eat something that I asked for a specific way, and not getting it the way I’d paid for it to be :(

MACS has an open yet warm atmosphere. For a noodle joint, it's almost a bit on the classy side, I must say. Their macaroni and cheese skillets make for an economical yet satisfying meal. It's in an excellent location with all of the nearby shopping, and the staff is great. They be mackin' hard up in there, yo! Cheese pull and everythang. Get down on it.

Great spot for a big bowl of comfort food! Macs is a great local wisco franchise, and this location always delivers. My favorite go to is the hangover Mac, but make sure to watch out for their monthly specials because they are fantastic.

One reason for the one star review and one reason only: 7 years ago when I worked here the toasties were made fresh almost every single day (if not every morning) every time I’ve come back home to visit I come here. And every time in the past 4 years the toasties have been stale. Please for the love of goodness someone come back here and fix this. The toasties used to be so well seasoned and fresh. Now they’re stale and bland.
I hope the owner sees this or someone I used to work with here 7 years ago is a regional manager or something. Thank you for your time.
