Ordered a cake from West for my daughters quinceanera, we ended up finding so much hair in her cake allot of it was thrown out, when I told Molly she simply said oh sorry

Ordered our cutting cake for our wedding from Manderfields and would highly recommend! Molly was great at helping explain all of our options and making sure we could sample everything we wanted at the taste testing. Stopped for the first time this week. Neat looking place and atmosphere! Extremely bad customer service. Ended up not even buying anything. They need a better process for customers waiting to purchase. More direction? More registers? More employees? All of the above. Arguably, the worst process I've seen in the state, as far as bakeries go. It's bad... for comparison, the day prior, I stopped at a place near La Crosse. And wow, they walk laps around this place in every facet. It was so much better in literally every way. And they had a large number of people shopping in the store. Will not stop here again. Kind of unfortunate given the reviews and how beautiful the place looks.

Bought two strawberry croissants this morning. There was not a drop of strawberries inside! What goes on here? I guess we'll find a different bakery we can trust.

My husband and I booked Manderfield's for our wedding, and they are amazing! Outside of amazing donuts and other baked goods, their wedding cake selection is phenomenal, especially the carrot cake! Family and friends are still raving about the cake and cupcakes! Highly recommend!

The baby shower cake turned out so cute. The taste was amazing. The colors were perfect. First time ordering a cake and I will be returning.
