I'm not sure what was going on the night I visited, but it was really slow, and we had to wait at least 20min to get our food. The drive-through was moving so slow, at about every 3min to 5min a car we would move. There were like 6 cars ahead of me. Two people left the line...Must of been short staffed that night.

Everytime I go here, I ask for Extra Extra Caramel drizzle and get charged 4 times. It's a poor coffee Frappe. Barley any caramel in there. Here is a photo from Gloria Jeans and I asked ONE time for extra caramel drizzle

Edit: went back to Mc. Donalds for Mocha Frappe and this is with Extra Mocha. Yup just that bit on the top.

Honestly, you order table service via the app you expect follow through. I saw an employee walking around with a tray but the tables were full of customers. They walked away with it. My app showed that NOW my food was on its way. It never arrived. I got up and found it sitting at the counter. An employee said they could not find my table. This McDonald's also is in dire need of an upgrade with tables and benches. They are literally ripping and falling apart. STUNNED!.

2/26 Stopped for a curbside order. Lunch hour so I expected the wait. When the person came out I was taken aback at the length of their bejeweled nails as they were fumbling with trying to get my food container to close. No matter where they are in the process I feel those nails are not appropriate for food service. Also part of our meal was forgotten. Waste of time and gas to retrieve it once I got to my destination. Burgers over cooked and almost black, onions tasting old and like they turned. No matter how we dine at this location it always seems pointless, nothing is ever correct.

Ordered 4 double cheese no pickles extra onion and got 4 double cheese MOUNDED with pickles. The buns were so soaked in pickle juice I threw them all away. If I didn’t get them dropped off at work I would have gone to complain. Yeah…these people definitely deserve more money. Yeah right.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a McDouble with extra pickles. Once I got home and looked at the sandwich there was only 2 freaking pieces of pickles. Jesus damn Christ! Just ridiculous!

Sunday night we went there we got food and we got severe food poisoning. I've been sick for 5 days straight with it. Be careful if you decide to eat here.
Made me wait for my food and it was still old. There wasn't even really a line maybe 1 or 2 others cars. My burger had been in the warmer for awhile.

everytime i come here my order is always wrong. just went through drive thru at 941am spent almost 13.00 for two bagel sandwiches with no cheese and no butter and of course there is butter on both. im going to stop coming here. i have given them plenty of chances. no more McDonald's. wish i could give negative stars.
