So I wanted a number 4 spicy with no pickles Well, guess what I didn’t get that sandwich I got a different sandwich and I made Sure with the lady that I was getting the right sandwich I asked her 3 times and she said yep.I love going here but if they keep messing up my orders I don’t really know if I’ll go here anymore 3 times in a row that this has happened.

We ordered Grubhub food my whole order was nasty our fries were green our sandwiches were nasty and I’m now not feeling good like what the hell man we spent 49.11 and we are not happy with our food and we didn’t get all of our meal. I am going to be seeing what I can do because Grubhub only did half of it back and the other half is out the window it’s not going to figure out how we can get our other payment other than that I’m making some calls

I went through the drive through and the employee didn't ask if i was using the mobile app, didn't seem to understand half of what i was ordering, and i was told before 9pm that they couldn't make a shake because they were cleaning the machine, but they don't close until 10pm. I don't think they are able to take orders in a fast paced environment, and this has happened 4 other visits to this location, other locations have never told me that, probably because they don't clean their machine until they begin to close. When my order was handed out, the bag was badly ripped and open, not rolled shut like every other time. I visit McDonald's at least 2 times a week, and i am not going to go to the Ballard Rd location anymore, to many frustrating experiences there. I would not recommend to my nemesis!!!

Ordered two meals a big breakfast with hot cakes and a sausage bagel meal. Big breakfast was missing the pancakes but hey they didn’t forget the syrup. To top it off had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be wrong.

Great location. I stop in once in awhile as a treat for my son. Staff is fast and efficient. If you do go for lunch, or pick up for after 5 pm, I've noticed their fries arent as fresh. Very consistent with their drinks and their food.

Manager is trash. You no show to two interviews. Then during a phone call about reimbursing for the work permit, you tell a 15 year old to “tell city hall”. Nice…. Owners must be proud.
Was terrible. Good was just thrown together I think they just reheated the quarter pounder added a handful of new and old onions and slapped it together.
