I have been going to McDonalds for over 50 years. Today was one to remember ... not for the best! I have been having trouble using McDonald's App. I asked for some help with the App. The manager said she can't control the App. Okay, how about showing me what I was doing wrong and how to do it right the next time?? I deleted the App and recommend you do the same. Lucky for me Tom's is right next door and I went there, the McDonald's manager encourages me to do that, I did:)

I bought breakfast steak egg and cheese sandwiche, it had way too much butter! And it was so salty! I didn't finish it instead I tossed it, and hashbrown wasn't crispy. I remember when McDonald's used to be good, not anymore because lazy new generation workers.

Used a $6 Quarter pounder deal on the app and was charged $11 and something cents even after she said there was a deal and told me the total was $6 and something cents. Overall wasn’t happy about it

Ordered a Oreo McFlurry. As you know an Oreo McFlurry is $4.39 before tax and this is how I get my McFlurry. That’s an inch off the height of the cup. If I remember correctly I thought I was supposed to get what I paid for. Obviously, I asked if I could get more ice cream in it because I did not pay $4-$5 to get about an inch of it not there. Manager told me “that’s just how it comes. It’s how it’s made” also claimed that was not an inch. For her to even look at the cup and tell me that was how it’s made and then give me an attitude is outrageous. Yeah don’t come to this one.
