My thoughts and concern come from what I just witnessed. It is currently pouring rain outside. We were parked from drive-thru which was fine. But then our food was brought out to us. The audacity of management leaves me appalled. You have a man in a wheel chair running food out to cars that are parked 40+ feet from the door in the pouring rain. To no fault of his own the food/bag is soaked and falling apart by time it gets to you. You mean to tell me that sending a handicapped man out to deliver food for the cars parked in drive-thru was logical. Do better please. You have how many employees working that are perfectly capable of running food out? Seriously disappointing…

To the person working on speaker on the first lane on Thursday 18th around 5:20-5:30 DIDNT EVEN HEAR WHAT I WANTED gave me sweet and sour sauce when I didn’t ask for it didn’t even say what sauce just picked it for me?? and I didn’t even get the drink I wanted!! And they spoke so quiet didn’t even hear what she said I WANTED A FROZEN BLUE RASPBERRY FANTA HAD TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE MIND YOU WE REPEATEDLY ASKED WHAT WE WANTED DIDNT EVEN HEAR US AND we literally heard them say “is this correct” to someone BRO PLEASE PUT SOMEONE EXPERIENCED

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I went through the drive-thru on the morning of 9/3/25 on my way to work and ordered a sausage bagel. When I got to work, I realized I had been given a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel instead. I called the location and the man I spoke with told me, “Yeah, we noticed we gave you the wrong bagel but didn’t catch you in time.” I would think checking the bag was something each worker did.

Not only was this irritating, but the way it was handled afterward was disappointing. I was offered a coupon, which I appreciated, but I was told I would need to let them know when I was coming to pick it up. Since my work schedule fluctuates, this felt like an unnecessary inconvenience—especially considering it was their mistake. If a guest receives the wrong order, they should be able to pick up the correction at their convenience, not on the restaurant’s terms.
