This is one of my favorite breweries. Fantastic beers and love the random bands that come in to play.
Great vibe and great beer! I am happy they started accepting tips for their great service. Wonderful place to hang out.
Sexism has no place in customer service — especially not in 2025 - This used to be our favorite bar in Appleton.
I’m deeply disappointed by how my friend was treated at this brewery. She asked for a cider sample — something this place is known for offering — and was told “the line is too long” for samples. Respecting that, and being gluten-free, she ordered a water instead of risking $$ on something she might not enjoy.
Fast forward 20 minutes: her husband is in line behind two men who are given samples — with no issue, no comment about the line. When my friend (a woman) asked the bartender why the men received samples with a line and she did not, he changed his story and claimed they don’t give samples before 6pm. Then, instead of answering the valid question, he became defensive and asked if she was accusing him of being sexist. She barely responded, but that didn’t stop him from escalating.
Moments later, he returned to our table unprompted to close all our tabs and claimed my friend “had enough to drink” — she was drinking water. That’s right: a sober woman calmly asking about an inconsistency got labeled as “having an attitude” and was kicked out, while the men who asked for and received samples had zero issues.
To be clear, this wasn’t about cider — it was about the way women are too often dismissed, gaslit, and punished for speaking up. My friend advocated for herself and was shut down, then blamed for the bartender’s discomfort.
This isn’t just bad customer service. It’s a textbook example of the kind of subtle sexism that women face all the time. Do better.
Best craft beer in the valley.
Best beer ever!!! Great service
I didn't have anything, so I'm leaving a review for my cousin. She loved the unique variety of beers on tap and the pub feel of the location.
The Hoppy English Ale was incredible. Great atmosphere
Became acquainted with this place via Podcast. Tried three beers…all outstanding. Only wish Gary Arndt was there to share a pint.
Fun place to stop in for a tasty brew! Pub style seating with cards and games available. Great merch. Can spill out to beer garden.
This place was amazing. Some the best all around beer as well. Nice to see a brewery making a solid English brown and not just going into wild sours or crazy amounts of IPAs!

We stopped by on a Saturday right before a food truck arrived. They don't serve food but they welcome bringing in food or they have food trucks. They were very busy but quick with beer. You order at the bar and seat yourself. They have a huge patio and lots of seats inside.
We were impressed with the beers!
The atmosphere was super welcoming they even had gender neutral bathrooms that were immaculate. There were quite a few tables playing games and kids having fun. We are going to be back soon!
False, disrespectful, soulless people who built their business on the backs of those who supported them the most only to treat them terribly and force them out. Actions like theirs should be punishable. I'm told the beer is pretty good though, so I guess it makes up for it, right?
This place makes some seriously traditional beer. I can’t recommend it enough. The staff here are kind and passionate about what they do. Wonderful beer here in a great space.
Great local place to sit outside and enjoy time with friends. My wife found some brews to enjoy too. The staff was really nice and patient while we explored. Try this place.
Friendly people. Super cute outside space!
