Overall the food isn’t terrible, but all of my experiences here have been poor. Service was very slow, even when not busy. The worst part is the very uncomfortable interactions with the owner, she often made our groups feel uncomfortable

Booked Bistro Bites Food Truck for a private event and they didn't show up. Did not answer or return calls. Also called the restaurant, they said they would try to get ahold of the driver and call me back, no call back. Left several more messages for them, got through one time, only to be put on hold, because they were "busy with other customers". I held for 2+ hours, never picked back up. We were left without food at our event and never an explanation or apology. I've tried to contact again the day after, same situation, no call back and put on hold wtg for the manager who never picked upl Beware of Chris, who runs the truck. I talked to him twice to set things up, messaged several times in advance of the event, confirmed a few days ahead of time, and all was good. And then NOTHING on the day of our event. This place is a scam!

Wonderful staff and delicious food. I absolutely loved how they took me in 30 min to close. I was dining alone, it was a rough week and a tough day and I wanted a warm meal so badly, more so just some kindness. Everyone there was so welcoming and sweet. Gave the owner a hug, because they weren't only kind, but truly compassionate towards people, it really made my day. I felt so welcomed and appreciated. If youre looking for a place that treats you like family and goes above and beyond, go here. highly recommend.

We were supposed to be married outside but it was pouring rain. Sony let us set up a small area and we were married at the Bistro. Great accommodations for a small affair.

Worst experience ever. All employees are intoxicated, so is the owner. Completely unacceptable. Will never be back, would never refer anyone. Took over a hour half for our food and it’s was burnt and disgusting.

Met friends for lunch and it was an epic dining experience. Customer service; excellent, food; delectable, arriving quickly and hot, delicious bistro fries. A large selection of tap beers and a full bar. What a treat!
