I wanted to try something new instead of the everyday fast food joint, and man am I glad that I stopped in here. My first time was a smashing success. The atmosphere was wonderful, Miss Sony has an outstanding presence and is so passionate about her craft and most importantly, the food was delicious. I’m not a soup person but decided to indulge in the Creamy Asparagus soup which did not disappoint! So many flavors. I also had the Pulled Pork Sandwich which tasted like I was at a local Kansas City spot. Lastly, the Reese’s Pieces pie was to die for. I definitely recommend Meade Street Bistro and can’t wait to come back again. Excellent job team!!!!

Wow.. The absolute best gluten free fish fry I’ve ever had. They’re gonna update their menu, but they have a dedicated gluten free fryer for perch and haddock ahead their fried potatoes. Exceptional is an understatement. I’m literally giddy as I’ve been searching for this unicorn in the Fox Valley for a decade. This is gonna be our go to place for fish fry from now on.

Every part of the experience here was awesome. From the friendly owners, the ambiance and cool, but cozy decor, to the incredible food. Every dish was amazing and the menu is diverse. The chef accidentally forgot the dairy-free cheese for me on the pizza, and they happily (and very quickly) made up another one and told my husband to take the other home. I highly recommend this place! We will be back again and again.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate any restrictions.

Can't really rate this place at all on anything when you don't get even greeted at the table after sitting for 10+minutes. Mind you wasn't busy at all and 2 other tables a 4 top and 2 top came in 5 minutes after us and immediately had service and drinks. We were a 4 top in the middle of the restaurant with both bartenders and servers walking past us numerous times. Either the owner or manager seemed to be there but busy on a phone call near the bar by a table. This was at 5:20pm on a Tuesday 2/13 maybe 1/3-1/2 full restaurant and this was our 1st time going ?

As someone with a severe gluten allergy, it’s so refreshing to find a place that takes gluten free food serious! With a dedicated half of the kitchen solely for gluten free foods! Had the risotto (gluten free) was amazing! Husband had the flatbread pizza (non gluten free) said it was delish! Spilt a gluten free cherry torte that was phenomenal!!! Will for sure be back again!!!Dietary restrictions: Pastry chef is the husband of the owner and has Celiac, his assistant also has celiac. The kitchen has dedicated gluten free prep space and the servers are great with communication to the kitchen about allergies.

My husband and I were trying to order a specific meal for delivery to our hotel ahead of time and were not finding it on the delivery menu options. The owner went out of her way to take the order via phone, give suggestions and have everything delivered at our hotel room by one of her staff!!!
